shiny mesprit is UT. might be 51. but i'll trade for a shiny giratina and the lucky egg. or i can also trade another item for the lucky egg

yea unfortunately.
pktopia pikachu is UT and moves are: volt tackle, surf, thunder wave, and tail whip

nope i dont know how to. if you don't wanna trade thats fine but i didn't clone my arceus' either so they're 100% legit, at least to the best of my knowledge
