Nice, Mullet, but it really is very common. I saw it several times on NB, even won a couple of times against it :P. But I'm gonna use both for a while, test them out. Thanks guys :)

Hey, I'm obviously new here but I've been a long time pokemaniac and it's great to see that I'm not alone ;) Anyways, I wanna restart my gold version and I'd like some advice on what pokemon I should have for my overall team. I like Crobat/Zubat a lot and if that could be in there (even though it isn't that great I like the novelty of it) that's my only request. I also don't like the starters that much and could do without one but if you think they should be in there that's cool too. Thanks.

ok i kinda like what u said but my fault b/c i thought this was also to help fix teams but ill take in to consideration with what u said and i really didnt mean special tank i was just going to use them to take hits b/c it sora works but i have troubles as for heracross and curselax but ill work on that

That's because you lack a physical wall. Skarmory or Weezing can take care of that.

Thanks for the ideas! Only one question, how do you get that many leftovers in the game?
You can't really, but you can try to get as many as you can.

~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

yea they can work but i was trying to make the team not involve skarm b/c i didnt want to have him or bliss or legendaires but fort works as long as i dont let him use sub and then swordsdance up but i will see so far its good

Can I request a team for Double Battling?

Pretty much general, just anything that can work.

You will have fun with this team=D

Medicham (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Pure Power
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Fake Out
- Hi Jump Kick
- Rock Slide
- Shadow Ball

Fake out first turn... hit the one u think will attack you

Dusclops (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 44 Spd / 56 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Pain Split
- Seismic Toss
- Skill Swap
- Will-O-Wisp

Use skill swap the first 2 turns and swap pure power from Medicham... Then bring Slaking in and skill swap so you get a pure power slaking in 2 turns

Slaking (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Truant
EVs: 92 HP / 248 Atk / 168 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Focus Punch/Bulk Up
- Return
- Shadow Ball
- Slack Off

Bulk up to uberize your attack even more and Fpunch if you are scared of skarm but I would try Bulk up

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 192 Def / 64 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Rest
- Spikes
- Substitute
- Whirlwind

Wall

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Seismic Toss
- Skill Swap
- Softboiled

Back up skill swapper and wall

Exeggutor (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 84 HP / 216 Spd / 208 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Sleep Powder
- Sunny Day
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Solar Beam

OK so bring this in before they bring in skarm to screw you and this helps u stall while Slaking can Bulk Up

If this works then its fun but haxes happen

Forretress shouldn't have Sub or any stat-up moves anyway.

Thanks.

It's pretty fun to use.
Especially when you end up giving them the traunt.

Slaking ended up having 2040 attack when I bulk upped once and someone swaggered him.

Like I said it's fun to use if you get it right=D
Just watch out that people on the opposing hand don't set up on you while you are setting up on them...

Ok, I want my team to be the best it can be, so I want to know how to train them right. Please, could you guys give me good movesets for:

Slakoth/Vigoroth/Slaking (I just started, so all I have is Slakoth)

Ralts/Kirlia/Gardevoir (Again, I only have Ralts)

Mudkip/Marshtomp/Swampert (Same)

Lotad/Lombre/Ludicolo (Again, the same)

I want it to be the best possible. Also, can you suggest 2 more good Pokemon to go along with these 4? I have both Fire Red and Sapphire, so pretty much all Pokemon are choices.

Why Heal Bell on Blissey? ^ Use Aromatherapy. Salamence should use Hidden Power Flying if this is for Netbattle.
