4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Outrage
- Fire Punch / Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance

You can go 58 hp / 252 ATT / 200 speed alternately.

Hits everything in the game for at least neutral damage, by this i mean nothing fully resists this moveset.

Fire Punch does more to Celebi, bronzong etc, whilst Fire Blast will do more to Skarmory and Forretress etc.
 
Could I have a Moveset/EV Spread for a Special Walling Regice please, nature should be Calm right?
I looked on Smogon, but I'm not too sure on their EV spreads (giving Regice 4 Special Defence EVs seems a bit of a waste)

I use smogons ev spread, and it works the best, ive tried others, but smogons really makes it last longer.


Regice has 480 sp.def with a calm nature and no ev's invested, which means specs mences flamethrower is like a 3hko 0_0 and it survives a Nasty Plot Adaptability Tri Attack with plenty to spare, so it doesnt need much investment. The best moveset for it this gen that ive used is the rest talk set, it helps against it being weak to SR.

252 HP / 252 DEF / 6 SP.DEF
Calm nature
- ice Beam
- Thunderbolt / Seismic Toss
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Max def really lets it dual wall effectively, it takes hits really well on both sides of the spectrum. Mine has survived a Cursed Adamant Regirocks Stone Edge, which is surprising.


Thunderbolt helps more against bulky waters, whilst S-Toss helps against subbers, such as CM Raikou.

Man ive forgot how awesome this is, i really need to use mine more.

Just out of interest, would I have use Emerald to get Seismic Toss, or is it obtainable on Sapphire?

No probs, S-Toss is on Fire Red, Leaf green and Emerald.

Thunderbolt can easily go in that slot though, it helps immensely with Bulky waters such as Gyarados, S-Toss is only so you have a solution to Calm Mind Raikou etc.

- Stun Spore / Toxic / Light Screen

It has the slowest Spore in the game =p, but is that even a bad thing ?

Ive just Checked Serebii and apparently it doesnt get Leech Seed.

If your gonna have Trick Room Support, try a Relaxed Nature then.

/THE/ Mixape counter.

Knock off can go >> Rapid Spin, if you already have a spinner, its illegal when used on the same moveset as Rapid Spin.

Giga Drain can also go >> Toxic Spikes if you dont want those, or just fear heracross or dont have a Hera counter.
 
I have a REALLY good starmie as a rapid spinner.

I think ill Giga Drain > toxic spikes. I don't have a spiker on my team, but im not a fan of SR and Spikes/TS.

Since 3/6th or more of my team is ice, should i just go sludge bomb > ice beam? Ill probably kill myself going for HP electric, so ill stick with those 2 options. And surf > hydro (im a fan of accuracy)

Also, my starmie has hidden power DARK (power 70)...

Should i choose that over psychic?

No, Leaf Storm isn't the best...

Grass Knot does more to Gyara leads, and outdamages Leaf Storm after 2 attacks most times.
