well if you lack money, go to the pokemon mansion and verse the old man and woman next to it, with an amulet coin and you can get like 24,000 ea battles.

Nah, you wouldnt be able to 2hko Swampy then. Muscle Band only grants a 10 % boost, al least Black Glasses makes it 20% better =p

The EV spread still gives you plenty of sp.atk to work with, but if you want to be more special-related, cut off of attack, but not too much.

Blizzard
Safeguard
Recover

My nature is Modest, but yours is great.
