Aack! So Scizor is used as a wall? I was hoping for it to be a sweeper. Any good natures for Weavile besides Jolly? I cant seem to catch any jolly dittos.

Ewwww, no Scizor is a baton passer, but its used mainly as a tank.

If you want it offensive, just go

Scisor@Choice Band
252 ATT / 252 SPEED / 6 HP
Adamant Nature
Trait : Technician
- Pursuit
- X-Scissor / U-Turn
- Iron head
- Double Hit / Brick break / Quick Attack

Weavile pretty much wants Jolly always, unless you scarf it and use adamant.

Simple Q & A, for future reference.

No. No it cannot.

So, like I care if some little kid who doesn't even have anything near good Grammar says something about me?

1. Now you're putting words in my mouth, where precisely did I mention it needs max speed EVs, that's awfully childish and make YOU look retarded, and at least spell it right, you think you would learn how to spell it the 2nd time.

2. I also don't care if a little kid winks at moi.

3. I did mention Modest doesn't render Focus Punch useless, it still does a considerable amount of damage.

4. Are you even reading my posts?

5. However, I do like your honesty. I'm sure most of you are pretty honest.

Now, back to the topic.

a. How the hell is a single Pogeymon a team?

2. That's a hideous moveset.

3. If you're going to post a team, don't do it in this sticky, make a thread.

Hahahaha what hilarity." Like i care what some kid thinks". Well seems to me like you tried damn hard to try and prove your point and you're not even getting through to me ;). P.S i don't think you are one to tell someone about hideous movesets seeing as you clearly have no knowledge of how to do one yourself. Modest for a tyraniboah. What were you thinking.;)

I just caught a wild Onix. It seems to have purty IVs. If it does, what would be a good moveset? Hopefully one that involves Steath Rock.

I got this salamence.

31 iv in speed and 30-31 in special attack. everything else is relatively low.

this is my planned moveset

Salamence@ChoiceSpecs
Timid
252 Satk/252 Spd /6 Hp
-Draco Meteor
-Dragon Pulse
-Flame Thrower
-Hydro Pump.

it has hidden power grass 45, i think, but i don't think thats relevant.

would this be Ok?

Hey everyone. I'm looking for a powerful Aerodactyl set that can take a good hit, but deliver it right back. It'll be used as my lead (I'm getting rid of Skarmory)

I was thinking of Roost/Thunder Fang/Stone Edge/EQ, but I'd like to hear your thoughts.

Steelix @ Leftovers
Impish Nature
EVs: 252 HP, 120 Atk, 100 Sp. Def, 36 Def

EQ
Stone Edge
ASPLODE!!!!
SR

Physical Wall Steelix ftw?

No, Modest >>Timid, Timid doesnt outspeed anything thats threatening to mence that modest wont, so your just loosing power.

Steelix@Leftovers
Impish/Relaxed nature
252 HP / 120 Atk / 136 Sp.D
Trait : Sturdy
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Toxic / Stone Edge / Gyro ball
- Explosion / Rest

I also use Roar on this aswell, which can be placed in Slot 3 or 4. LOL Without any EV investment and an Impish nature, Steelix has an impressive 479 Defense. 0_0. So you can boost its mediocre attack and sp.def. I love pokemon with stupidly high hp, such as this, Cloyster and Regirock, because you can use the eve elsewhere =)

Are you crazy, Aero cannot take hit to save its life 0_o Its a sweeper. So replacing your WALL Skarmory is a very foolish thing to do.

Aerodactly@Choice band
42 HP / 252 ATT / 216 SPEED
Jolly Nature
Trait : Pressure
- Fire Fang / Pursuit / Crunch
- ice Fang
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Jolly 216 Speed EVs gets it to 385 Speed, allowing it to outrun Jolly max speed Weavile and anything up to it.

Fire Fang hits steels namely Bronzong, ice Fang for Dragons, Earthquake for coverage, Stone Edge for STAB.

Pursuit or Crunch are nice tools for hitting fleeing gengar, Azelf and Alakazam or putting dents into Cresselia, Dusknoir and other sturdy Ghosts and psychics, such as Celebi and Uxie respectively.

Alternately you can switch to Life Orb and Hasty Nature and use Fire Blast in that first slot.

Im too easily amused lol
Thanks again :)

Ugh, that's what I was worried about >.> I really want Aero, but I don't know who to get rid of.

I'll use that set when it comes time to using it though. Thanks Dark_Azelf.

ok well i have this set for a hippowdon:

hippowdon@leftovers
impish nature
252 hp/252 defnese/4 attack
~toxic
~stone edge/earthquake
~roar
~slack off

so should i use earthquake or stone edge on it?

Last edited:
i dont know if toxic is the way to go. but if you want it go stone edge because EQ can hit flying types. but id prefer taking of toxic

Earthquake always is there. Try Ice Fang, Thunderfang, or Stone Edge over Toxic. Invest some more Attack EVs instead of Defense.
