Vaporeon sounds interesting, although I won't like it pissing everywhere. What's a good set for him?

Vaporeon@ Leftovers 188 HP / 252 Def / 68 Sp.Atk
Bold
Surf
Toxic
Wish
Protect

You can take advantage of protect, to heal Vaporeon and scout what your opponent is planning to throw at you. And also the foe receive more damage from toxic while you protect yourself. Surf is for STAB, and the only maine sorce of offensive attack.
Wish is obviusly a way to recover from the damage received, and also vaporeon works as a great wishpasser, because it is cappable of taking many hits (great hp and special defence)

That gets walled by too many things. ._. Use Surf/HP Electric/Wish/Protect or Ice Beam or Roar

If Vappy is countering Cune it 100% needs Roar or Cune will win with Pressure.

Calm Zapdos w/Roar, Ludicolo, Druid Cruel, Lapras, Bulky Gyara (Non hp electric versions), Raikou, Electivire (lol), Venusaur, Roserade , Jolteon can all be problematic for Suicune.

But yeah Cune is a b to get rid of.

You forgot to mention Vileplume. He is a 100% Suicune counter.

why does eny pokemon need roar.starmie would smash vaporeon to smithereans.
and tyranitar knows
avalanch
rockslide
earthquake
dragon claw(gonna be crunch)

Ok, seriously what the crap?

All bad moves, outside of Earthquake.

Also, IT USES ROAR FOR POKEMON OTHER THAN STARMIE. For PHazing others. It is not meant to take on Starmie, but with HP Electric & it's high HP & Sp.Def, Vaporeon could fare some chance.

Besides, he was talking about beating Suicune, not Starmie.

ummm i no that.i was just sayin.tyranitar knows avalanch to kill ground types.oh and dont be mean to me

SUM POGEYMON NEED ROR 2 PHAZ3 !1111 LERN 2 US3 IT !

Seriously i suggest you do some research on competitive sets and moves =/. Ive told you before about this sort of thing and i wont again, ill just infract you.

Also standard spinner Starmie looses to standard vappy, t-bolt does less than 50% and Vappy can 2hko with HP Electric.

Horrific tar is horrific.

Tyranitar@Choice Band
180 HP / 252 Att / 76 Speed
Adamant Nature
- Pursuit
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

Pursuit is an incredibly dangerous move on Tyranitar, for its foes anyway. Anything that doesn't enjoy taking a boosted Crunch will switch ^_^. And is more useful than Avalanche.

Stone Edge has a chance to 2hko Skarmory and it generally better than Rock Slide.

OR

Tyranitar@Life Orb / Leftovers / Black Glasses
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Speed
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge / Taunt / Ice Beam
- Crunch
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance.

After a DD Crunch 2hko's swampert with Black Glasses, which may be a nice choice should you not like the recoil of Life Orb.

Taunt shuts down walls and what not, whilst Ice Beam scores a nice OHKO on Gliscor, Garchomp and 2hko's Donphan and Hippowdon with a Life Orb even with a Jolly nature. Although you may use Naive or Hasty to power up said Ice Beam if you wish.

Yes both DD and Pursuit are egg moves, dont like it ? Tough, your stuck with a sucky tar otherwise.

EDIT : Avalanche is still generally poor otherwise, it does like 3 to ground types, Ice Beam is superior as it preys on ground types lower special defense.

The read the rules:

The Rules said:
Don't rate without proper knowledge

Roar is a staple move on many pokemon and stops stat-uppers from crapping on everything ect. Using a single poke as a pointless example is helping nobody.

Tyrantiar also has very little use for avalanche, as already stated.

Torterra can also counter suicune with wood hammer, unless suicune has ice beam.
Also starmie is a big problem if you do not have a few Calm Minds built up.
BLissey can also beat suicune if he lack rest.

Don't be mean to me? What is this, pre-school? If you wanna be treated with respect, do as Gofre said. When we prove you wrong, stop trying to make us look dumb by posting pitiful infomation. It only serves to entertain. When we post someting that proves you wrong, learn from it. If you knew it so bad, why were you "just sayin"? Quit while your behind.

Anywoo, give me the best Electrivire set, please. Anyone, if they can.

"Best" and "Electivire" dont fit in the same sentence lol.

Electivire@Life Orb
80 ATT / 252 SP.ATT / 176 SPEED
Mild Nature
- Cross Chop
- Flamethrower / Fire Blast
- Hidden Power Ice / Hidden power Grass
- Thunderbolt

Blegh ._..

Bah, I might just give him Giga Impact & call it a day. Then, he'll actually do something ._.

Oh, is there a less direct aproach with him, like Vance's set in the Creative Moveset thread?

would this be a good set for Suicune?

subsitute/surf/calm mind/ice beam
bold
leftovers
evs 252 hp/252 def/4 spa

You can also replace substitute with Roar, for a pseudo hazer suicune.
And If you want more durability in battle put reflect and take ice beam.
It really worked for me.

sims, offensive Electivire is utter crap. Use Counter Vire:

Electivire @ Focus Sash
Jolly
252 Att/252 Spe/6 HP
Counter
Protect/Toxic
Thief/Ice Punch/Earthquake
Thunderpunch

Counter is there for things like 6 DD Gyara gonna sweep your team, Lucario using Extremespeed (he won't ever expect Counter)

If any poke has to resort to counter, it's a bad sign in my opinion. It's just a testament to how vire plays, since almost nothing rivals him for type coverage yet he is still pretty terrible.

So any Pokemon with Counter is bad? That's the point of the set. The first switch ins into Vire are Swampert, and other bulky tanks, and they are taken out by Counter. Offensive E-Vire is outclassed by too many things.

Not what I meant. I was trying to say that its a strange position to be in when a poke has as much potential as Vire (To quote smogon, it can hit 13/17 types for SE) and it has to turn to counter-killing. Granted counter killing is viable, but if the opponent has a priority move somewhere then all you've done is a 1-for-1 trade off, which in my opinion isnt a good expenditure of a slot. I also never meant to say that Vire was an offensive threat, heck I stated the contrary:
