Is the "I dont care" in reference to me calling moves crap or about the rain dance team?
Since you dont mind Rain dance, standard RD Kingdra:

Kingdra@Life Orb/Damp Rock
Modest
252SpAtt/136Spd/120HP
Rain Dance
Surf/Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
HP Electric

There is no need for dragon pulse, the other 3 attacks cover everything. Kingdra cannot learn thunderbolt either.

Kingdra@Life Orb/Mystic Water
Naughty Nature
EVs: 168 Atk, 252 Sp Atk, 88 Spd
-Rain Dance
-Waterfall
-Surf/Hydro Pump
-Draco Meteor/Ice Beam

Mystic Water + Double STABed Waterfall = 2HKO on Calm Blissey. Life Orb allows you to forgoe the Naughty Nature in favor of a +Sp Atk Nature instead, while still allowing the 2HKO on Blissey.

Speed allows you to outspeed Scarfchomp during the rain and OHKO with Ice Beam or Draco Meteor.

oh yeh i mean HP electric what if kingdra fights anouther kingdra if he hasnt got dragonpulse

Then you can hit it for nuetral. A pokemon's moveset should aim to cover either it's weaknesses or a large portion of the metagame- Not a single poke it isnt even that worried about (Aka other kingdra). You have ice beam to deal neutral damage, thats enough. Having DP just for kindgra is stupid.

Still need ideas for a best set for a Metagross, my Shiny Adament Metagross wants some love

I still swear by agiligros, but CBGros is rising in popularity:

Metagros@Leftovers
Adamant
252Att/152HP/104Spd
Agility
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Thunderpunch/Explosion

I prefer explosion so floaty steels dont Lol.

Metagross@Choice Band
Adamant
252HP/244Att/12Def
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Explosion
Thunderpunch/Pursuit/Bullet Punch

skullbash....................flamethrower...........leech seed...................sludgebomb

The moves in bold should never be used in competetive play (Solarbeam is debatable), and all the sets need changing:

Blastoise@Leftovers
Bold
252HP/252Def/6SpAtt
Rapid Spin
Surf
Toxic/Yawn
Ice Beam/Rest

Utility Blastoise, it's what it does best and isnt even really good at it.

Charizard has several sets, but you seem to want a special sweeper so...
Charizard@Choice Specs
Timid
252SpAtt/252Spd/6HP
Overheat/Flamethrower
Air Slash
Dragon Pulse
Focus Blast/Focus Punch

Sunny day shuld benefit a whole team, not just a single poke or you're likely to screw your other pokes over if they have water moves or are grass/steel types.

Venasaur@Leftovers
Calm
252HP/252SpDef/6SpAtt
Leech Seed
Sleep Powder
Sludge Bomb
Energy Ball/Grass knot

Giga drain offers moot damage and therefore moot recovery.

So no one has any suggestions?

I need a 6th poke to balance out my team of Tyranitar, Dragonite, Scizor, Gengar and Milotic.

Btw, would Salamence be a better choice than Dragonite?

I'm thinking between a Porygon - Z and Togekiss for the six poke, its my in game team by the way.

Does anyone know a good Tauros and Miltank Moveset that brings out the best in them?

I have planned many movesets, but they may end up getting countered by anything, plus, it doesn't bring out the best in them. I am working on a team where I can have both of them--single and double team.

Miltank...I am thinking Rest, Sleep Talk, Body Slam, and Brick Break...Or Replace Brick Break with Curse....Either way...I need help...

Then the EVs...I want good HP, Atk, and Spd....

So it would be good it I can see some Miltank/Tauros movesets with EVs.

Tauros...

I wanted him to be Jolly...get that 252 EVs in Spd, or a lttle less, because I want him having good HP and ATk too.

RestTalk really doesnt benefit miltank, it has milk drink for recovery and heal bell for status removal. Just go with the standard utitility set:

Miltank@Leftovers
Impish
252HP/224Def/32Spd
Heal Bell
Milk Drink
Stealth Rock
Body Slam/Return

Tauros@Choice Band
Jolly
252Att/252Spd/6HP
Return
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Pursuit/Zen Headbutt

I could use some help. I've been doing a bit of wi-fi battling lately, and I've run into some problems. Although I've covered the more common threats on my team (Garchomp, Salamence Tyranitar and Gyarados to be specific) however I have had trouble with water and especially grass pokemon and really unlikely Pokemon have been sweeping my team (I got swept by a Feraligatr and a Sceptile). I decided I need a good physical and special wall. I've chosen Bronzong as my physical wall to cover grass types but I need a special wall. What can some people suggest?
By the way, please no Snorlax or Blissey.
