yeah sure, try to fill in every pixel and say the pokemon is blue, and the outline is red, use a darker blue on the outline, and with fusions do the same, but, if you have trouble just ask me and i'll help you.

A revamp of gold and silver with umbreon and lugia please.

and a fusion of a lugia plus a pichu.Pichu as the main pokemon.A fusion of a mew and Moltres mew please as the main pokemon.Since Articuno is Taken.

Oh and can you animate the fusions I requested?Like mew doing his Emerald animation but also the Moltres flames on his head start to rise?And the pichu fusion Do'nt worry about the pichu+Lugia.
