I've really wanted to make good avatars/banners for a while, so:

What you want to learn about: The basics and maybe a little advanced stuff on banner-making.
Current Skill Level: Barely, but I'm a quick learner. A tutorial on banners would basically cover everything I need to know to become an amateur maker (if I could find one)

I have Paint Shop Pro 9 and Photoshop 9. So, am I qualified?

Oh, sorry, don't use Photoshop much, more of a Paint Shop Pro person...I think it's Photoshop 7 actually, I'll check...

we don't do sprites, Treecko. you should try Home of the Sprites, if you want to learn how to do fusions.
