Well, if I had caught Machamp with a Drill Peck on the switch in, would have done at least 50%, I think. And unless confuse hax set in, Skarmory would've killed him the next turn. Even if it did, also barring confuse hax, Claydol would have finished him once Skarmory was down (ahhh, the beauties of a staller team!). Instead, I let him sweep half my team. Like I said, poorly played on my part.
 
Oh, I had forgotten that you switched on the same turn as the baton pass. For some reason I was thinking that you switched to claydol after Skarmory was already KO'd. Yeah, I remember now. I was going to switch Machamp in on Skarmory and hope you got confusehaxxed, but I saw you switch to Claydol before the baton pass and I instantly put in Machamp so I could ice punch it.

heh, yeah, Pursuit did squat to Blissey, even when switching out.

But you fell right into my trap - once Heracross was down, I just needed to see that Donphan of yours, and knowing you'd predict a switch to Spiritomb from Skarmory, thus using Earthquake, I saw my chance to let Starmie shine. At the expense of Spiritomb of course, but hey, we all make sacrifices.

At first I predicted a Rapid Spin, so I sent out Spiritomb. And when Earthquake didn't KO him, I saw a way to bring Starmie into the field without taking damage. But I had to get Cross out of the picture first.

Good battle nonetheless! Very few can use ScarfCross well, and you seem to be one of 'em!

It is a pity you only got to see my Metagross at the very end, though. That made me sad.

It feels good to be back in serious battle mode. :P
 
so you wanna battle richard. I do have to say this team was made for you. I only have 1 pokemon I haven't made yet but I'm workin on it.

I must say richard, reading thru your whole thread was truly a blast, you realy seem to me to be an intimidating trainer, especially with that 405 atk metagross wit thunderpunch lol

Maybe when i got my PBR team ready we could duke it out on there...ill drop you a line sometime because even if i loose to you i think i could learn alot from a cool guy like you.

(i got pokerus so it shouldt be TOO long, jus gotta get the actual guys offa GTS...)
 
Well, I can do a few battles. Depending on how it rains, I may not have to go into work at all, so that means I'll be able to take many more! I'll keep you posted on that one, but besides that... anyone want to duke it out?

Oh, and thank you Lil Mudkip! I don't think I'm quite as good or intimidating as people say, but eh, I guess it's a compliment. :) When you get your team ready, we could do a PBR battle. I restarted my game, so I have to sync up with my Diamond, and get a new FC.

Update! I just got word that I've got the day off. We're getting the ass end of Hurricane Dean, or whatever its name is, so the golf course is closed for the day. Which means... I'm here all day! Now I'm in a great mood, so someone challenge me already!

Actually, there might be a neat way to bump this. Let me try it out.

Damn, merged on contact. Oh well. I'll be here.

That ThunderPunch against Miltic was strangely haxed, I admit that. Paralysis, and then Paralyzed. haha, sorry about that. Hey, would've turned into a staller war without it, though.

Claydol and especially Jumpluff performed with amazing psynergy. Jumpluff was pretty annoying huh? Too bad it can't take a hit but speed is its greatest asset.

I was jumping with joy when that Death Star or a Starmie. Alas the game lasted longer then I thought at least.

That Spiritomb sure is annoying.

Yeah, the first half of the battle you did out predict me a number of times. But then at half-time, I kicked into gear. Tricking your Special Sweeping Togekiss may have been a mistake, but I had to get Leftovers away from it and make sure it couldn't use Roost, because I hate Togekiss. Blissey could handle her from there.

Good battle, though! Too bad you fled... I forgot what your last Pokemon was, if I even saw it? Was it a Tangrowth? Tangrowth beats Blissey any day.

Oh, but Mithos, Dugtrio wants a Choice Band. Most of the Pokes he switches into are trapped, so that extra boost in Attack is almost free. And it turns killing Blissey from a 3+KO (depending on IVs and if it has a Jolly nature), into a 2KO.

And Punishment, that Jumpluff IS annoying. I was shocked when it outran Dugtrio, but then Cema cued me in that it has 110 base Speed, I think? Something outrageous. Max Speed could outrun Adamant Dugtrio any day of the week. Except Friday... because that's my favorite.
