Well, I know it may seem unlikely that it was taking both hits, but Miltank does have great base defense.

Oh, yeah, 105 isn't anything to laugh about. But it's in the same boat as Blissey with Special Defense... with no EVs, it sponges just as well. But some special moves still take a fair chunk of damage, although nothing threatening. I didn't expect Drill Peck to OHKO. XD haha, it just surprised me that it didn't break the sub.

haha, oh well! When we have a bit more time, we can finish that battle. Unless you just plain hate stall wars? Running a Miltank, you can't really say you hate them. ;) Like Blissey, having a Miltank is like begging for a stall war.
 
So it was a tie? aww I was looking foward to seeing who the winners were.
 
I apologize for posting in this thread without the intent to challenge you Richard, but I wish to draw your attention to to the reformation of The Clan in Nightofshadow's absence and my appointment as temporary leader. I would ask that if you still wish to be a member, that you also take on your previous position as Leader so that we may continue to add new members. If possible I would also like said new members to be able to ask to be tested in this thread. I am even less able to battle and test new members than you are but I would like to see the continuation of The Clan, and for that I would like to ask for your assistance.

Please PM me or post in the Clan Organization thread v.2 with your response.

When it was Starmie vs my last four, I figured I was doomed. I knew from past experience that you had the faster Starmie. >_>

But why, oh WHY, did Surf have to land a critical hit at that moment?! I was so close! :D

But yeah, it is funny, I guess. ^_^

Though I'm glad Skarmory decided to Whirlwind Megnezone in, XD. And I'm also glad that I correctly predicted that you would switch to Spiritomb. Though it crossed my mind that you may switch to Starmie, and, had I acted on that, victory would have been mine! :D

I'm serious, that was the funniest thing that's ever happened in a battle of mine. Starmie had Choice Specs, so when your Starmie came out, I was like, "Oh crap, this is the end..." and then I Surfed you for the hell of it, and critical hit, OHKO! That's perhaps the biggest comeback EVER. I knew I had to get rid of your Snorlax in order to have Starmie wreck some havoc, but I totally forgot you had a Starmie for yourself!

Maybe if I wouldn't have sacrificed Blissey... but I'm almost positive a Surf, even from Choice Specs Starmie, would not have OHKOed Magnezone. So I sent Blissey out to weaken it a bit.

Good battle, though! I got unlucky in the beginning (I'm still wondering how a Megahorn completely OHKOed Claydol... that one surprises me), but the end of it... too funny.
 
Hey there, Richard, I have no idea when you're free anymore, you just seem to pop up on random occasions now. I have a ridiculous UU team formed, and as you know, I plan to take you down with one. hahaha! I'll just write my name down in the waiting list...

Ahhh, that explains it. Is it Jolly, or Adamant? Usually a Megahorn, from a normal Adamant Heracross is a *near* OHKO on Claydol and his awesome Defense. Of course, I made the mistake of Burning an Adamant Choice Band Heracross once... and Close Combat was a 2HKO on Claydol, who otherwise resists the move. It was virtually unstoppable, I kid you not. So I'm never quite sure what to expect from that Bug of Doom... at least no one's tried a Reversal Heracross on me. haha

That battle's going down in my history book, though. It almost beats the battle I had with Cema, where it was his Tyranitar against my Skarmory (who had Choice Specs Tricked to him). I was locked in Rest, and his Tyranitar had maxed his Attack with Dragon Dance. Used Outrage... didn't OHKO Skarmory. TTar then got confused, and had he hurt himself, he would have no doubt KOed himself. So it was essentially a 50/50 chance of either of us winning. Sadly for me, luck shined in Cema's favor and he KOed Skarmory.
