Hang on, I'm battling this other person first >_>
Ok I'm ready. Get on. xD Dude fled.
Your one lucky guy, I mean a shiny metagross, is he as good as your normal one?
And I am up for a battle, I decided to get myself a skarmory, mwahahahaha, but I won't use it as I don't want the battle to last for 3 million years (Happened with punishment), I'll use my other wall, its a legendarie, not Uber (Cressilia) Is she ok?
And yeah, so far the score rests at 1 - 2, although I am sure it is 1 - 3, but meh.
EDIT: Sorry didnt read that part, see you in a while then.
I don't remember how much damage it actually did, but if you run the calculations, you'll find that the damage was pretty much what you'd expect from a Choice Band Lucario (Who I love, btw. Nobody seems to expect it. :P) I wouldn't have waited so long to battle you just to cheat when I finally do.And Legacy, that explains it. Still was A LOT, though.
I was trying out my new McIceGar, and it didn't quite work out. Next time we battle, expect someone different. You're very good, so I may have to pull out a few secret weapons. ;)
Shift, nice battle, but two things bothered me...
1.) How does an Aerodactyl survive a Focus Blast from Alakazam with Choice Specs? I mean, even with the Sandstream increase, I was nearly positive it'd OHKO him.
But that's not what really bothered me...
2.) Why was Focus Punch all of a sudden super effective against Skarmory? I mean, Skarmory is Steel/Flying, so Focus Punch is normal damage... and you did it plenty of times where it was normal damage, but that last time it was super effective. Very strange. I'm not saying you hacked (I don't think you could even hack for something like that?), I'm just saying I've never heard of a glitch quite like that before. :P And it was only that one time.
Ah well, good battle nonetheless! A bit heavy on the attackers (gotta throw a wall in there somewhere!), but you had me nervous near the end. I got quite lucky with Focus Blast hitting two times in a row. Alakazam saved the game for me. :) Although, I almost had to let Skarmory die, because Alakazam is nearly impossible to get into battle in the first place.
And hey! You got to see my new shiny Metagross! What do you think? Ain't he a beauty?
Anyways, I'm done with battling for tonight... tomorrow is another day, but I won't be on 'till later tomorrow. Like, after 11:00pm, EST. So Charlie, I expect to see you then! ;)
But, to be completely fair, I did have the unfair advantage. I'd already seen your battle with Cema, so I knew what to expect with your Pokémon, and with your Metagross in particular. If I was playing you without knowing what you had, I wouldn't have put Garchomp in my team, as I only added him and his massive 2 ATK IVs because, before that, I had a big Metagross weakness.
in regards to skarmory, If he used roost, Then he just because a steel type and steel takes 2x damage(weakness) to fighting
Steel types are weak to fighting, Once a pokemon uses roost it doesnt have the flying attribute for one turn. So if you focus punch him on the turn he roosted then yes, It would be super effective.

Richard you ready for a battle?
Yea I am up to it, let me just finish my current battle and then I will let you know when I am ready.
Garchomp wasn't really meant to KO Metagross with an Earthquake. As I said, his ATK IV is abysmal. The plan was to outspeed Metagross and OHKO it with Fire Blast, which didn't quite work. Still, it did enough damage to both Metagross and, I believe, Skarmory to warrant its inclusion. But I don't think I'll be using that Garchomp again. I'll stick to my preferred team, even if does have trouble disposing of Metagross, Bronzong and, to a lesser extent, Skarmory. At times my Metagross has a rough time getting into the scene, especially since I sometimes equip him with Life Orb, so he wants to take as little damage as possible on a switch in and Agility. And even with Garchomp, Meteor Mash is about a 2KO, and I've even seen it OHKO a weakened Chomp once. Gross' only concern is not being OHKOed himself by Earthquake. On average, 4 Pokes on my team are just meant to pave the way for my two Sweepers.
