And c_dog, I will eventually find a way around your team. Staller teams are a biatch (I can't say *****?) to defeat; I should know, because I originally ran one, and I still prefer them to offensive teams. I will tell you, what initially killed me was that Choice Scarf on Charizard. I didn't see that one coming until it blew up in my face. I predicted ScarfCross... but I just didn't see it coming with Charizard. I suspected something when he outran Gengar, but it really only clicked when he outran Dugtrio.

You never cease to surprise me. You're one of the few who actually keeps me on my toes during a battle. But I like that, even if I lose!

I'm still convinced, though, that if I wouldn't have over predicted and sent Metagross into Charizard's Flamethrower, that I would have come out victorious. Metagross would have eaten Snorlax for breakfast. Of course, if Dugtrio's Stone Edge wouldn't have missed against Charizard, it would have KOed him without a doubt. So... I guess I just got a bit unlucky with that one.
 
yeah, the missed stone edge on charizard was rather critical.. it happens though.. charizard's focus blast missed twice when i used it on blissey; once on its switch in, and another after that). all part of the game(though i'll definitely take the favorable hax any day ^_^). i have to agree that you seem to suffer from hax more than anyone i know. don't know why.

Yeah, you're right... that's just the game. But Focus Blast wouldn't have hurt Blissey too much, while Stone Edge would've taken Charizard out completely. I was actually impressed that Dugtrio survived a Flamethrower like that... even with a few Special Defense EVs, he generally crumbles to any attack, special or physical. And since he had a Choice Band, I couldn't just use a quick Sucker Punch to hit Charizard for a last laugh before being taken down.

And we both got haxed pretty bad, I'll tell you that. It's only ever against you that I get haxed to the point where it causes my loss. Oh well, I had fun either way! That was one of the more intense battles I've done lately.

On a related subject... I am open for battles, but I'll be doing other stuff also, so I may not respond right away. Don't think I'm dissing you! Just stick around for a bit, and I'll be on.

dugtrio has an ability called 'Arena Trap' that prevents the opponent from switching out.

Good battle, Mithos! Only problem is... why did you send Metagross in against Dugtrio? Metagross only survives an Earthquake from him completely maxed Defense EVs, or maybe maxed HP, both against the standard. Cema's maxed Defense Metacross survived Duggy's Earthquake.

Dugtrio is my personal little Blissey killer... otherwise, I have no real counter to it, and have to rely on Metagross 2KOing it at the end. On teams that use Blissey (mine included), once she's gone they usually crumble to a Special Sweeper. Just like I had to play it extra careful when I forgot Togekiss can pack Flamethrower... almost OHKOed my Skarmory, AND left her with a burn. With 4HP, she was as good as dead. And Garchomp scares everyone on my team except Skarmory. If I hadn't have taken him out with Gengar, someone would have had to take a fall to bring Starmie out.

Oh, and did you max Defense on Togekiss? That thing survived a Stone Edge from Dugtrio, and he was at near 50% health. Talk about bulky! Togekiss alone wiped out two of my guys.
 
yah togekiss is my personal favorite, although my blissey does nothing for me. trying to get a tangrowth in it's place. nice battle though, hope to rematch you some time with a better team

and I forgot steel<ground.

Blissey and Claydol will outstall you.

This is the perfect way to annoy me, but if you want to go into a staller war that will eventually lead to a struggle war, bring it on! ;) I haven't done that in a while, so it'll be interesting.

Oh, don't worry. It's all a matter of time, I just have to drain you of that. And Claydol can get that done lickety split, since Rapid Spin is 40 PP, if I remember.

It's possible... I did this before with Blissey vs. Blissey. In that case, the one with more PP wins. But in this case, I have two Pokemon left. The only thing you can hope for is a Critical Hit, since Flinch Hax was eliminated by Paralysis. :P

I've been running staller teams since I first started battling, so I know what I'm talking about.
 
if your togekiss is paralyzed, hate to say it, but you're screwed.
