what About the level retrictions?
 
Yeah,
We'll need a lot of training for Scraggy and Darumaka
Also:
Are you gonna get Solarbeam after Beating burgh.
You can get it in Pinwheel forest

There are are few good TMs like Pluck and Slugde Wave.

Yeah, And another rule.No rare candies allowed, Pretty Simple.
Once I went to Anvill Town and talked to a guy who gave me 17 Rare candies

A short introduction of yourself relating to pokemon: I started playing Pokemon when I was around...4, I think. I used to just watch it. But then, I got Sapphire when I was around 4. I then got FR/LF (Can't remember which one I got first), then I got Emerald in 2005. From when I was 4, Pokemon has been one of my favorite things.
