[PokeCommunity.com] RMT ("Insert other useless information here")

    Deoxys-e @ Light Clay
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Reflect
    - Light Screen
    - Taunt
    - Recover

Recently I've been on a Deoxys-S craze and using it on just about all the teams I've come up with and I believe this to be one of the better sets for it. With this and max IVs in speed it will outrun all +speed nature 130 base speed pokemon. With proper prediction I can taunt, reflect or set up light screen accordingly. Generally most leads are physically oriented thus the Def Evs allow it to set up and then switch out into the proper counter. By all means I want it to stay around for as long as possible. Also other Deoxys-S are easily predicted to use either taunt or switch themselves which I'll switch to counter it.

    Tyranitar (M) @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Sand Stream
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
    Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Crunch
    - Earthquake
    - Pursuit
    - Stone Edge

Tyranitar with Choice Scarf has caught a number of pokemon off guard and is the perfect revenge killer because of pursuit. With Jolly nature I can outspeed pokemon like azelf, gengar and Starmie. Also it is good at KOing the rotom forms.

    Rotom-h @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 Hp /164 Def /88 Spe
    Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Will-o-wisp
    - Overheat
    - Shadow Ball
    - Thunderbolt/ Discharge

With 3 immunities and decent type coverage rotom-h can come into a few pokemon and counter them causing a switch which Will-o-wisp can hit the switch in. Although sadly that means a chance for heatran to come in. Now as I have not used Rotom-h before I am unsure of a decent EV spread, but so far this one has worked well. Thunderbolt for extra power, discharge for para., I am thinking of using Discharge or maybe switch to zapdos.

    Scizor (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Bullet Punch
    - Superpower
    - Swords Dance
    - Roost

Every team needs some sweeper and this serves as my teams physical sweeper (So obvious why do I even say that?). Scizor is a pain to decide a moveset for because quick attack can cover pokemon that bullet punch varients can't hit while X-Scissors vs BrickBreak/Superpower both have there merits. In the end bullet punch and X-Scissors are the best options for this team. Bullet Punch for prioty and STAB. X-Scissors for stab as well.

[PokeCommunity.com] RMT ("Insert other useless information here")

    Togekiss (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Serene Grace
    EVs: 152 SpA/252 Hp/104 Spe
    Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Nasty Plot
    - Air Slash
    - Aura Sphere
    - Roost

My team needed some kind of Special Attacks with decent power and Togekiss is one of the better ones for people that don't want to go with Haxmin. Nasty Plot to improve special attack power and either Hax them to death with Air Slash or use the power of Aura to kill them. But seriously I have considered Skymin over Togekiss, but can not really decide. I think both could work extremely well. I am leaning towards Skymin after the all the blissey problems I face.

    Metagross @ Occa Berry
    Ability: Clear Body
    EVs: 208 HP/76 Atk/224 SDef
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Stealth Rock
    - Earthquake
    - Bullet Punch
    - Ice Punch

The other surprise to my team. This set is often a surprise to a lot of pokemon, but often only works once. Can take take on salamence, Heatran, infernape and a few others that would normally KO Metagross. Stealth rock for what would be switches and much needed to any team espcially with the Gyarados problem I have.

Potential Problems: Gyarados is the biggest one here. Once rotom is done for I have no effective counter for it.

Sadly enough depending on the set, Blissey can cause my team no end of troubles. Rotom-h lacks the special attacks to take on Blissey. Metagross too lacks the physical power to 2HKO blissey. Most Deoxys-s can do is taunt it. Tyranitar gets stalled by blissey. Scizor and Togekiss are my only options and depending on the varient can flame scizor and Togekiss often walks off the worse with status and little HP left or KOed all together. For this reason I've considered making Scizor either a choice band varient or changing Togekiss out with Skymin.

Alright I've gone with that spread. What do the 88 Speed EVs allow it to outrun typically?
