    Swampert(Impish)@leftovers/lum berry
    EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 6 Atk

    -Earthquake
    -Avalanche
    -Stone Edge/Protect
    -Stealth Rock

SR lead. The idea is if he gets sleeped(by say Yanmega >_<) he'll recover and place SRs on the opponents team(or kill that annoying Yanmega >_<)

    Salamence(Naughty)@life orb
    EVs: 232 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 24 SAtk

    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Fire Blast
    -Earthquake

Mid/End game Sweeper and recipient of wish to gain the health needed to pull off the DD and sweep without dying from Life Orb

    Jirachi(Timid)@Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP/ 94 SAtk/ 164 Spd

    Wish
    Psychic
    Calm Mind/U-Turn/Icy Wind
    Thunderbolt

Wall/Wish Passer. Icy Wind would be for annoying Flygons who I want dead immediately more coverage. I am aware U-turn might not do so much damage due to his nature but I'm pretty much stuck with this Jirachi since he isn't the easiest pokemon to get(especially with the proper nature) and I'd like to keep him on the team. I'm also wondering if he could have a better /more appropriate EV spread as well.

    Infernape(Adamant)@Choice Scarf
    EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 6HP

    -Flare Blitz
    -Close Combat
    -Thunderpunch
    -Stone Edge/U-turn

Revenge Killer, specifically for DD Gyarados.

    Togekiss(Calm)@Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP/ 172 SAtk/ 84 SDef

    -Air Slash
    -Thunder Wave
    -Aura Sphere
    -Roost

Paraflincher. Nuff said. Also wondering if there was a better/more appropriate EV spread for him too.

    Azelf(Timid)@Life Orb
    EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252 Spd/ 4 Hp

    -Psychic
    -Thunderbolt
    -Grass Knot
    -Nasty Plot

    Nasty Plot Special Sweeper.

    Yanmega is UU now =/
Waterfall on Swampert instead of Protect.
Run this Jirachi instead of the one you got now.

    Jirachi@ Leftovers
    Nature : Timid
    EVs: 80 HP/ 252 SAtk/ 176 Spd

    -Wish/Thunderbolt/HP Fire
    -Psychic
    -Calm Mind
    -Grass Knot

I'll come back later for a better rate ;)

On Azelf, Flamethrower and HP Fighting give much better coverage than Thunderbolt and Grass Knot. Without HP Fighting, Heatran walls you to an extent.

The team seems a bit tacked together. You need a balance of set-up sweepers and heavy hitters, and you lack the latter. Togekiss isn't great in Pt with Zapdos and Rotom running rampant. If you run something like CBTar, it gives you something to hit hard and sponge special hits better.

    Sorry for the minimal rate.

As Archer said, Togekiss is runs into trouble with common OU threats, so why not try this Jirachi set over your current one:

    Jirachi@ Choice scarf
    Ability: Serene Grace
    Nature: Jolly
    80 HP/252 Atk/176 spd
    Iron head
    Fire punch
    Ice punch
    Thunder punch

This set covers Gyrados, Scizor, Adamant DDmence, Flygon, Dragonite and even threatens TTar. Using this set will not only provide great revenge killing capabilities, it can also flinch hax its way out of tough situations without needing to paralyse the opponent. Your team will lose wish support but open up two more slots in your team by replacing Infernape and Togekiss. I suggest filling these slots with perhaps a status absorber or a choiced pokemon, such as specs Latias.

I think the togekiss spread you're looking for would be 252 HP / 6 Def / 252 SpD
