Is there one for a lover of a certain type of Pokemon? Or a breeder?

Otherwise I'll say I'm like Misty but with Grass Pokemon, and I like to train my Pokemon and always end up forming some sort of attatchment (I know they're just sprites but it can't be helped!)

I'm a Pokemon Adventurer if I can only select one, but I want to train Pokemon for battle too. I'm not too fussed about being a Collector though. Unless I obtained a few shiny Pokes, then I'd probably become a shiny collector.

You also forgot "Pokemon Type trainers", for those who prefer to train the Pokemon of a specific type, over many types of Pokemon.

Unfortunately, I'm not really any of the above, since I lean towards a number of things. In some ways, I'm an Ace Trainer, since I've recently been training Pokemon with specific Natures and EVs, while in the process, I'm also a Breeder; breeding the Pokemon I want. I'm also kind of a Co-Ordinator, because I do enjoy making Poffins for my Pokemon, and sometimes participating in Contests with them, while with that sense, I'm also a Farmer, because I grow Berries, as well. I also enjoy collecting Pokemon, too, but unlike your take on the Collector profession, I actually also enjoy training Pokemon.

You could say I'm the more Mainstream Pokemon trainer, because I go under a lot of things; including being a fan of Pokemon. So my take is being more of a Pokemon Mainstreamer, over a single "Pokemon Profession".
