Actually ive created a very nice site from MSn Groups https://groups.msn.com/pokemonadoption but lets not get off topic with my site Im just posting it as an example of wut U could do on MSN Groups. Mine is an RPG in a way so theres an example.

How can I learn PHP?

PHP.net or go buy a PHP book. If you have no clue on what it is or does allready, or dont even know even a little html, your wasting your time. Not trying to be mean, I just dont want you to get angry after youve wasted a few hours of your time looking at it, saying 'WTF is this'. You wont know where to start/what the **** anything means. But who knows, maybe you can do it. Good luck :)

PHP is actually much closer to C/C++ and Java, which is far more complicated than HTML. That's real programming, not just putting a layout together using some simple tags. If you don't already know the basics of prgramming, you will by no means be able to create a game; unless it's in Flash (that's pretty simple), but it's mostly uses drag-and-drop controls to create a lot of code for you rather than typing it yourself.

You probably won't find anyone that has both the experience and the time to program an RPG. I can program well enough to create 2D RPGs, but they are too time-consuming and I lack the interest to do something that extensive.
