Kare Kano! It's one of the smartest ones, and it's also really sweet. The anime is great too.
 
Cutie Boy is not licensed - its on One Manga dot com however.

Well in 100% Perfect Girl the love is pretty intense....almost to the point of obsession.

Man, I know I need to read about maybe 10-20 manga titles. Others I been getting, but I put them on hold. Because I been busy with other stuff.

I can read manga at work right now because my supv is cool and because we are not very busy this time of year.
 
Yeah it does. I wish I could read my manga to work, but of course I only get thirty minutes. And I use that time to eat lunch. You are so lucky.
