5th Gen Route 4: What you think is on the EAST half of it

I thought we were going to be able to surf to the other side of Route 4. I was disappointed. I thought there would at least be a cave or something. But nope, nothing.

There could possibly be couple of addtions like the team plasma branch HQ or something, as someone mentioned earlier (after all, something similar did happen with magma HQ on Emerald), but I really doubt anything will change, let alone a team plasma HQ...

Hey hold on. I just realized the Driftveil gate is the Holland Tunnel. It would lead into Castelia, but you wouldn't want to compete with cars in that tunnel. :P

Seriously though, that might be where they move White Forest if they keep it in the third game.

have you actually seen the rivers along Manhattan? trust me it is not somewhere you would want to surf. lol

and that gate in driftvile. why gamefreak? why must you taunt me so?!

the desert is being turned into a resort according to the construction dudes. maybe in the third game there could be some buildings?

Right with you on the surfing up Manhattan's rivers... I live in the city and those rivers aren't exactly healthy to swim in to say the least.
I never really thought about what lies on the eastern side; my hunch is probably the completeion of the construction project, maybe referencing the real life construction of the Freedom Tower(aka 1 World Trade Center) by 2012-1014.
