    It's kind of like an episode of Cribs, but in Pokemon. Judging your base.

    I really have nothing set in stone for this one, but I'm just gonna jot down what I've got so far. Judging will be in categories, similar to that of the bug catching contest.

    Theme (5)

    I have no clue how the bases work in DPPt, so if there's something different about those bases compared to RSE's, someone please let me know.

    Rules la la la
    1. You may enter both the RSE and DPPt contest, but only one entry per generation.
    2. Pictures are required! You are also allowed to embed a video of it, if your base has a certain way it "works" (sound tiles, slides, etc). Remember to use spoilers!
    2a. If you do make a video for your base entry, please refrain from talking and explaining your base. Just go through your base how it's intended to be done and we'll understand the point.

    I have a feeling no one will enter this for DPPt since idk anyone that used those bases...
     
    Emulators will be allowed, yes. But I'm not sure if they can go underground. I may ask a few challengers that play on emulators to see if they know. Thanks for the video btw!
     
    I've played Pearl on an emulator (DeSmuME) and could go underground just fine. I don't know if there are any special settings required for it, though.

    Awesome. I'll be sure to message him sometime today or tonight. Though I don't really have a preference with CSS, haha. Anyway, I'll try to type up the shabang tonight similar to how you did the BCC. Since the two are similar anyway, it'll look pretty, well, similar. I was also thinking of making the winning emblem out of the person's base picture...provided their image is of good quality. If not, I'll whip something else up. The participant emblem I'll work on tonight.

    Is there anything you want to add or change? Or is everything we've got so far good enough?
     
    Do you have any ideas for the participant emblem? If you already have some kind of stock in mind, you could post it here or message me with it. I'll probably get to brainstorming after my shower in a bit, heh.

    Ever wanted a chance to get to show off your well hidden secret base in Emerald? Wanna flaunt the hard work you did with your underground base in Pearl? Now is your chance! In this event, you can post your base from RSE and/or DPPt and your lovely house judges Sydian and Nathan will critique them with a system of points. The base with the top points in each generation wins!

    3. You may enter whether you're playing on an emulator or a real cartridge.
    4. Make sure your picture is clear! We need to be able to see what everything is. A blurry picture may affect your score if we can't see what exactly is going on in your base.
    5. You may post entries from July 5th-8th. After that, no entries will be accept. Results will be posted asap!

    (I decided I'm not gonna ask for the CSS for this, and instead I'll doll it up like I do challenge events, if that's alright. This is the vanilla version for now, haha.)
