perhaps this idea / suggestion should be just that.. a suggestion made to members.. like in the faq saying it's considered bad posting to do that.
We were just saying what would happen if we did, but i don't think it's gonna happen.Digital Phoenix said:Gaw. The last thing PC needs now is to be labelled a SPPf clone. They disabled postcount a long time ago, and look where it got them.
Only if it becomes to great, I remember once there was a thread that went on for two pages of nothing but people saying it should be closed. O_o; Little over the top if you ask me.Digital Phoenix said:I doubt anybody bothers to read the FAQ. Assuming mods have inline post moderation enabled, it'd be a better idea to delete all replies in those kinda threads when they get locked, don'tcha think?
Nah...I think it should be ok if only one members says they reported it. Then other members won't come around wondering if the thread was reported at all.Digital Phoenix said:The person who reported it doesn't even need to reply, they can just leave the thread after reporting.
O_o; That's what I've been saying for the last page XDDigital Phoenix said:Or, a better idea. The person who reported it posts informing everyone that it's been reported, and then the mod can delete their post when the thread's locked. This way, the thread starter can't flame the reporter.
Lets review what i said, this would probably work out better.DarkShadowSmoke said:That rarely happends, and if it does it's taken care of immediately.I just say nobody posts in it, the reporter doesn't and neither does the mod or higher staffie. This way all problems are avoided.
