    Well, since newbies can't seem to read the rules, and the link in the navbar is kinda small, I've got a suggestion. Let's have a redirect link on the forum index (like, under Announcements) that points to the rules. And no, this doesn't require any sort of scripting. Whatcha think?
     
    I t'ink good! Like Serebii.net. I didn't notice the rules on the navibar when I joined SPP. Mind you I've moved and think PC is better but anywho... *inhales deeply* Me be approving and seconding Aino Minako's movement.
     
    Hmmm...I think newbies will see it on the navbar...but that is a good idea

    It is on the Navbar David. XD

    Anyway, I kind of like it. But there isn't much of an excuse not to see it on the Navbar. I mean if you go to your User CP the main way is the Navbar (unless you go via the Forum Jump or go from your PMs in there), and the Rules link is almost right next to it.
     
    There is no "RULES" on the navbar in the "Scizor's last stand"'s layout, Andy. o_O;;; And the Forum Jump is pretty hard to find. It's just some white place with letters when I first saw it. XD;

    *starts to mumble that AZ didn't add it to his layout* XD
    Ok I'll go add it then.

    And I know, that's why I'm saying it's quicker and better to go via the CP.
     
    XD; Yea. I pretty much agree. O_o; The NavBar is an easier place to find the Rules. (If most of the layouts have them, that is. XD)

    Well after I added it to one of the layouts to see what it would look like Abby added it to all the other layouts. So it's on all the other layouts.
    And now it's also on "Scizor's last stand".
     
    No... the navbar should be plenty. x.x;
     
    Well Surely It is on the Navbar and that's enough!Much easier Finding em on the navbar!!
    But Nowadays none of the Newbie's even bother reading them!
     
    Well it's on the navbar, and some users have still yet to read them. I'm not saying we should go with this idea, but obviously the navbar isn't enough?
     
    Yeah, we'll stick with them on the Navbar now, but thanks for pointing out we needed to add them to the new layouts as well. ^_^;

    Edit: All we can do is offer the rules to them, we can't do more than that. So the Navbar should suffice.
