Coming down to this, I would vote for someone who hasn't posted at all. People with 1 post, like maccrash, Orpheus, Azarashi, just to name a few.

I tried to translate, but failed. I think he said that he thinks orpheus is the granny or something like that

Loss of a Leader
The night was dark and full of terrors for The Mayor. no slept restlessly that night; dreams of death and destruction filled her mind.
Outside a group moved silently, careful not to be spotted by anyone who might be awake at this time of the night. The group gathered outside The Mayor's house. One of the group branched off, and entered the house alone. Wielding a knife that would bring about the end of The Mayor, the underworldling crept through the house silently. Upon reaching the Mayor's bedroom however, a floorboard creaked and no awoke with a start. The killer approached.
"It- It's you!" The Mayor cried, her throat being cut quickly after. The last thing she remembered was of her days spent in the tropics...

Later that night, but not too long after, a lone assassin appeared at The Mayor's house, prepared to kill her with all the efficiency that an assassin should have. But he appeared to late, for she was already dead. Shock filled the assassin and he fled immediately, not wanting to be caught by the killers, nor be associated with the scene. The outlandish boy disappeared into the night.

The next morning people awoke, and the alarm in town was rung. People gathered together to see the body of The Mayor and pay their respects. Though it was noted that The Secretary and Zeus had disappeared. Probably in her office flirting and perpetrating shenanigans. Among the crowd that had gathered, a faint smell of gasoline drifted through them. And to make matters worse, gimmepie seemed to have gone mad; his speech was mostly incoherent.

Elsewhere in town a hooded figure spoke to another from the town.
"Keep your voice down!" The hooded figure said. "You're sure you want to go through with this?" The other person nodded. The Vampire bared their fangs and bit into the flesh of their new recruit. "Welcome aboard my friend..."

Note how Gimme was mentioned as being incoherent - something that didn't happen before Nakuzami started speaking in gibberish.

I hope someone investigated him. Or perhaps our supposed Doctor.

Yeah after a quick scan I couldn't link that to any usernames on the list ;-;. Unless its referring to Team Hoenn (tropical region) but as far as I know that's loaaads of us (including me!).

We need to be more vigilant about these under dwellers. Also, Empusa recruited someone, notice how it didn't appear in D1? Maybe an every other night - type NA? Dunno, but it could be a possibility. I know we have many investigators, if one of them could post their investigation that'd be awesome.

Are you assuming this or do you somehow know?... Athena wasn't even mentioned (nor was Absol targeted by the mafia) so the first is a compleeeete unknown.
