^^ Hehehe, of course you can! Like I said, nobody will be excluded! *pokes Zammy* I know you're online, so POST! XD

A big cheer for Alakazam for making his avatar my absolute favorite anime character ever... Hinata Hyuga.

The anime Sabrina is by far the best... mainly because of the boots. There's no doubt she's the most attractive girl Brock never fell for in the series.

Welcome to the three new people! Hope you have fun around here, and realize that Sabrina likes me the best! :D
*glare* We'll see, we'll see...

XD I tend to like the anime Sabrina myself. She's so cute. foxwub
XD And once again you forgot that this is NOT MSN...your foxes don't work here. ^_^

Actually, I thought about this myself, CPF. Why didn't Brock fall for her, too? Not pretty enough is NOT the answer...

Thanks. And likewise, XD. Hinata is awesome. =D

Brock does not like Sabrina because she has the ability to kill him. Most men are a little intimidated like that. XD

When was the last time you heard a man calling a powerful woman attractive? not counting me talking of Sabrina

Sad but true, heh.

Yeah, maybe he was just scared. Otherwise, it's just a flat-out insult of Sabrina. That would give her only more incentive to turn him into a doll.

Hiyas, I'm baaack! XD So, does anyone think that since Alakazam and Sabrina's mind are conncted in the anime, does it mean that Sabrina somehow 'triggers' its evolution somehow? XD Sorry, soooo hyper right now...

PS: Psychic Absol, can you PM me with the fanfic list and email the rest of the ETOP scans? Thanks, I'm loving it :3

*cough* So you're the exception of the rule, Zammy? in love with a stronger woman? XD

Really, if Sabrina had returned in the anime and Brock really flirted with her...I would love to see her face. XD Utterly shocked...and then, Brock the doll the second part. XD So funny!

Hm, I think you're right, sabrina_diamond. Her mind was linked in Kadabra and there's no indication that she didn't make Abra evolve. Her eyes glowed at the same time as Abra's...
XD PMing the list would be little bit too much to ask for...it's thirteen pages in word. But I'll email it, too. ^^

My only question is, why did she wait until then to evolve Abra? Was Ash the only opponent she had faced in a long time, or was she actually able to defeat many opponents with Abra? Then again, it seems that Ash's opponents have a history of evolving their Pokemon just as they battle him... his presence causes strange things to happen.

Brock flirting with Sabrina would have been funny to see... I doubt he'd actually get turned into a doll, though. Most of the girls he flirts with are more flattered rather than angry. But if I were him, I wouldn't chance it... Sabrina doesn't seem as forgiving as some other girl such as Erika.

Hm, I think the Abra did need a certain amount of experience to evolve and just before meeting Ash, Sabrina decided that it was reay to evolve...or she wanted to impress Ash...which wouldn't make sense as Ash is not quite the impressive opponent. Hm..maybe he really was the first challenger she had after a long time. With the bad reputation the gym apparently had (her father warning all the people), it wouldn't surprise me. An abra, especially Sabrina's is able to defeat other pokemon, too...

Yeah, I really doubt she wanted to impress Ash... the Abra must have had just enough experience to evolve right then. At least, that's the rational explanation for it, other than the obvious fact that the anime writers wanted to show off two Pokemon instead of one.

I guess I haven't been updating my fanfic that much lately... I'll have to get back to work on that...

XD Well, I think in the end I would go with the explanation that the writers indeed wanted to show off. The evolution was 'action-packed', in a way. Nevertheless, I think Sabrina would have won with an Abra, too, and I'm not biased. 0=)

*pokes angrily* Yes, I've been waiting for an update. >> I was away for the weekend and thought I would find a new chapter by now, but no...
*cough* Okay, I haven't updated my fanfic either, but that's because 'Chapter 3' or whatever it would be called is going to be the longest...already over 4 pages now and I've only packed half of the plot into it yet...or I should separate it into two parts...argh. ><

Sabrina could have won with any Pokemon she chose. Ash really had to cheat to beat her, anyway: who says he was allowed to have a second Pokemon making faces and distracting her, anyway? I guess in the end, she wasn't too upset about that, though.

XD Yeah, you're right about this, she would even win against Ash with a Magikarp or something.
I think it was her father himself who said it was no cheating since Haunter wasn't really battling. Of course, the ghost was distracting Sabrina and her pokemon, so it was kind of unfair, but really, what good would have come out of it if Haunter hadn't appeared? Ash would be a doll now and thus, the series would be pretty boring for the 95% of the pokemon fandom who isn't over-obsessed with Sabrina XD and Sabrina herself would still be emotionsless.
Although it worth thinking about what would have happened if Haunter had agreed to battle...I wonder what his battling style would be like. XD

Well, what should have happened if Haunter battled, is that Haunter would get beaten in little time (it's part-Poison-type). But because that wouldn't move the plot along very far if Ash kept getting beat, I would imagine it would have kept on trying to lick Kadabra and paralyze it, then use one of its strange Ghost attacks to finish the battle. (And it would have to be one of those battles where Ash's Pokemon gets hit about 10 times and is about to faint, then Ash gives it a pep talk, and it gets up like it never got hit.)

I agree with you, if the battle was even a bit realistic, Haunter would be beaten before having the chance to goof around. But if the anime writers had wanted to write a real battle, I think they would have used some aspect of Haunter's funny personality to use for Ash's advantage. Not the real way a battle works, but the anime way of it. XD I don't think Haunter (and the rest of his ghost pals) have real ghost attacks...

*teleports*

Just coming here to note that I am alive and well. Though I hate this season of school....On the bright side I got 100% on an Algebra test that I studied 90 minutes for. =D

And anime battles are just insane. I recall Ash's Caterpie taking out an Ekans with String Shot. Yeah, I know, it's NOT EVEN AN ATTACK.

Furthermore, in the anime electric attacks work on ground types if they happen to be soaking wet, a la Brock's Onix in the 8th episode. =P

But since Sabrina is so awesome, the writers had to think of a way for her to give Ash a badge without actually losing her Pokemon in battle. And that is what happened. Her Kadabra was not defeated in the regular sense, therefore Sabrina keeps her awesomeness, and Ash gets a badge.

...I was already thinking of poking you again...*pokes you anyway*

...well, for me, it's the opposite. I get 9 out of 15 points for a math test I studied 100 hours for. >>;;;;

Yeah for the anime writers then! ^____^ ...*thinks of BF Saffron episodes* ... Or not.

Hmm, anybody got a new topic? ^^;;;;;; *running out of ideas*

I don't think there's any other club for a character in only 2 episodes that's been able to last this long. We've used pretty much every topic possible. Our fanfics are keeping it going longer. And speaking of which, though I've been not feeling very good lately, I'm working on writing another chapter.

I used to have a huge beef every time Ash would "win" a battle by cheating like that, such as that Pikachu-Onix one that annoyed me really badly. The worst was Pikachu shocking every Pokemon in the Viridian Gym, half of which were Ground-types. That was pure laziness... if Pikachu was that great, why didn't it do that every battle? At least nothing like that happened to Sabrina. Or we'd all still be mad about it.

^.^ Heheh, I think that's also partly our fault as the members of the club- we're just not giving up. XD And by now, I don't think we need a topic anymore. We're just talking about random stuff that has to do with Sabrina...which includes fanfics.
BTW, I'll try hard to post the next chapter tomorrow. The short story is almost finished, but I just don't know how big the parts should be...it's fourteen pages in word now and that's more than just two chapters...
And one day, I WILL review your next chapter...but school starts for me tomorrow too, so I'm pretty busy...

I didn't mind these "pity badges" much. After all, Ash was a beginner and for me, it would have been boring to see him win every time. And second, I was much younger then and didn't understand the concept of pokemon battles yet. XD I started to play the games when Crystal was around...
And yes, if Ash ever beat Sabrina, I would surely be mad...it doesn't have to be Ash though, I would be mad at anybody that beats her. XD
