if wobbuffet is the last pokemon, then encore isn't really a problem.you just raise your attack for 1-6 turns and you kill it!but if there are any other pokemon in game you're screwd because of swadow tag!then you must focus on the other pokemon until wobbuffet stays alone.and if it encores both of your pokemon then......make a wish
swadow tag and encore are the BIG problems

Mirror Coat and Counter are bigger ones.Almost nothing can OHKO it but it can inflict X2 the huge amount of damage it received and OHKO you.

What if you're using a tank with low offensive force?You can't keep up with low force against 2X that force being used against a rather low HP tank.

wobbuffet in't a low hp tank and i don't think you would be such a moron to counter it with a low-offensive-force tank

Let's see,if Woboffet set it's but right in the field after the tank forced a switch,say Gardevoir,do you think we have a choice?I didn't say Wobuffet is a low HP tank either.I'm talking about the opponent's pokemon.I doubt anyone would that much of a moron to switch Gardevoir in.

Pokemaster,don't try to fight with a good rater.He obviously has a better argument.Yeah,sure,let's stat boost when we could have Will-O-Wisp Wob's HP.We also have Shed Shell so,Shadow Tag is now officially countered.We don't need to stat boost.We can just straight off attack with Life Orb or one of the Choice items.

You do know that I quit that argument like 10 hours ago,right?However,If Wobuffet is the only pokemon left,and Gyarados/Tyranitar is already out on the field,do you think it can escape the wrath of Gyarados/Tyranitar or do anything at all after it's taunted?It can not switch and will die in 5 hits of Struggle.The only way it will escape using Struggle is if it can switch but it can't,so,it's trapped and becomes useless and...we all know the rest.

Geez. You seem to think getting wobbufet to be the last poke is very common, you also think that it can be shut down easier than garchomp by this all mighty powerful move TAUNT. The 2 pokemon that use taunt on a standard set are Ttar and Gyrados. Why would someone bring wobbufet in on a gyrados. Same goes for Tyranitar. You said in one of your posts that Wobbufet can be countered, and garchomp cannot. So how is praying you defeat 5 of your opponents pokes and all they are left with is wobbufet, and also praying you still have your gyra/Tar in the team it and they carry taunt, a counter?
