I was working on some music tracks in Sappy, first composing them in Anvil Studio. I used the instrument selector for a particular track to select Bright Piano (2) and Flute (73). When the .s file was loaded into sappy, and after the voice offset 0x48ABB0 was loaded, only the Bright Piano instrument remained, while Track 2 changed to the "8 bit" square wave. I've attempted to load the offset address before and after importing the track.

A second track that I made in Anvil Studio, using 0x497678 with Tubular Bells(14) and Warm Pad(89) on two separate tracks, did not have either of the instruments at all. Simply square waves.

Also, I realized that Anvil Studio has the instrument numbers of the GBA with 1 added to it... I accounted for that. They are still not showing up, however.

In case it is a problem with my .s files, I have uploaded them:

Thanks in advance. (ha, get it?)

Please excuse my double post. Looks like my thread is falling to the bottom of the first page and I still have been unable to solve the issue.

I'm not very good with Sappy but I keep running into this same problem when I try to put more complex tracks... curious about the answer as well. I tried switching the voicegroups and instruments, sometimes Sappy doesn't play some notes but others from the same instrument, too.
