Save file problem (NO$gba)

I know many threads have been created about this emulator, but I couldn't really find any that could help me.

Anyways, untill yesterday I had version 2.4 of NO$gba, then I got version 2.6.
I wanted to play my Diamond rom on that newerversion and I moved the .sav file to the battery folder of 2.6. The save file and the rom have the same name, so no problem there.
The save file loads on 2.4, but when I try to splay the rom on 2.6 something goes wrong.

I get the option of load game, but when I click it the game freezes.

All I get is this. The emulator itself doesn't freeze, since the speed procent at the top still changes.

There might be something wrong with the fact that I did not change 2.4 to Flash 512 kb until yesterday. I played (and saved) my diamond file on something else. But I opened the rom, changed the option Flash 512 kb and saved my diamond rom again.

Can anyone help me load solve this problem? Or is it inevitable that I have to start all over again?

well i have a problem of when im in a place that has a 3D Graphics. it becomes a laggy . but i still play it while its laggy. but i need a help from someone on how to get rid of this lag..

and MudkipBlader. i think u should make the Emulation Speed to Real Time Auto . im not sure if this affected ur save file... sorry cuz im useless....

Try opening another rom with your new version. Then save it in-game and try to load it after reseting, if it works then you might have to start your game again, if not then you'll have to go back to using the old version.
