"Nate wait you are not-" Luke didn't have to say anything else as Nate already started running to the warehouse where Crystal was. "Well I have no choice, I've gotta help too, but better to be smart than rush into things" Luke said to himself and slowly approached the warehouse, but from the back side. Nate and Crystal were in the front, but if they get in the trouble he can take advantage of enemies with the element of surprise.

"Now how could I get in here....hm...." Luke thought and then saw a broken window, he could get in from there, but it was pretty high. "Good thing is that I am not afraid of the heights" Luke said and smiled, then he carefully approached the wall and started climbing the pipe leading to the window. Soon he was in, but as he was going in he cut his right arm on the broken glass. Luke let out quiet sound of pain, but soon let that aside. "I am in.... now I have to plan my next step carefully." Luke said and approached the wall of the slightly dark room and turned on the lights. The light was very dim, so there were small chances that someone would notice it. Luke looked around himself, only too see many unpacked boxes, he must be in the storage room......

Personality: Mercury does not care about anyone, nor his Pokémon. His Pokémon even though they live in despair, are extremely loyal to their master. As the gym leader of Nightray he puts on a false attitude of joy and being friendly. Although sometimes he lets his real personality show through. That only gains him more fans across Oluma as some people respect the careless fearless yet friendly gym leader. In Team Galactic he has a lot of influence over the members. He places great fear in his subordinates and has no friends. He normally can't stand the people he acts kindly towards as the gym leader but it isn't entirely impossible to befriend him. He also has a lot of enemies with in Team Galactic, especially from the other commanders.


Appearance: Quite stall standing at 6'7. He has brown eyes but normally wears contact lenses to give his eyes a cloudy blue colour. He has dark brown hair, that appears to be almost black and it's quite messy. Length wise some may call it long as it falls in line with his chin. His hair is not straight and has slight waves in it. He hardly ever has a smile and even when he is Kaoru his smile is very small. Many people would dub him as handsome, although others could get jealous and say he spends too much time in the mirror being a wannabe pretty boy. Although he doesn't care about his looks (His hair looks messy because he hardly brushes it). Clothes wise he wears a long black trench coat that he only takes off if it's very hot or he can't be bothered to hold how heavy it is. He leaves the coat open so you can see a plain white shirt that is un-tucked. He wears plain black trousers and black shoes to match.


Pokémon Team: Weavile, Haunter, Houndour and his prized Pokémon Absol which Mercury has named Blade. (So a dark type team, his Haunter knows dark type moves XD)

''Ugh! This guy is annoying!'' I thought as I stood in front of the warehouse with Nathan standing beside me.''How are we going to get in.'' He asked me,''We break in duh!.'' I responded and released Infernape.''Brick break!'' I commanded. Infernape punched the gate with a fist of fire and it shattered.''Return!'' I threw the pokeball, there was a flash of light and I walked through the gate,as if I did this everyday.Nathan ran behind me looking around carefully.''Do you know where we're going?'' He asked as we entered the building,''No!But's what's the fun in that?''' I laughed and walked on.

After about ten minutes we reached a dead end I released Hitmonlee,Lairon and Infernape.''Break that wall down I commanded and after about thirty seconds, there was nothing but dust wherthe wall used to be.''You go that way I'll create a distraction.'' He started to protest but I was already gone.I ran down a corridor and into a room marked control room, there was about twenty Galactics there and they all released their pokemon, I was surrounded.


One of the Galctics commanded his Muk to use sludge bomb but I deflected it with my shield.The Muk roared and hurled some more sludge at me I ducked, but I was knocked over by a Tauros.He whipped with his tail, grazing my face, before Silver knocked him out with a Gyro Ball.Soon the battle was turning in my favour.Infernape was knocking out pokemon left right and center while Hitmonlee was kicking any Galactics he could reach.Soon there was only one pokemon left a huge and I mean huge Tyranitar!I ran at it with my sword held out, like a javelin.It unleashed a green beam from it's mouth, knocking me to the ground.

Infernape leapt at the Tyranitar and punched it in the face but it didn't even faze it then lashed out with it's tail and smashed Infernape against the wall, however it didn't notice Silver gathering energy and then unleashing a flash cannon.I cheered as the Tyranitar fell to the ground, causing an earthquake.I leapt over the fallen Galactics and said into the intercom.''Hey Galactics come and get me!''

KAORU:


Kaoru... or right now he was Mercury, was in one of the Team Galactic's minor bases in Infarnamo City. He was giving orders to some new Galactic grunts when he suddenly heard someone's voice beam out from the intercom. His eyes narrowed as he immediately recognized that voice. A gym leader he had trained with in the past to earn trust. He remembered her name to be Crystal. "If she sees me here this could be a problem." Mercury stated in a deep voice quite emotionless. "However... if she sees me running away then that would be of no use." He picked up a Galactic grunt by the collar and wandered to where the intercom was. He moved swiftly still dragging the grunt with him. He got to the place where Crystal was and walked over to her calmly.


"Well if it isn't Crystal." He said politely with a false smile. "So you had a hunch that the Galactic Geeks were here too then?" He held the Galactic grunt up high as if showing Crystal it was an award. "Then, I can leave you to do the dirty work right?" He threw the Galactic member into a wall and he yelped in pain. It was all part of the act, it was way too early for him to get caught. "I came here after watching a report on TV about Galactic sightings in Infarnamo City and came here as quick as I could. But if you're taking care of them I have nothing to worry about, do I?" His smile slightly grew before quickly turning to an emotionless face. Hopefully that was enough to not raise any suspicion.
 
Luke heard some noise from one floor down, he tried to find the stairway, but he just couldn't find it. Soon he found a passage from which he could clearly see what's going on downstairs. Crystal already knocked down many Galactics and only left with one enormous Tyranitar. "I better go and help her" Luke said, but heard a deep voice from his left, "You are not going anywhere, while I'm in your way..!" Some guy was standing there, wearing all black and wearing a long golden cape with a black letter G on it.

"Try and stop me dude!" Luke said and started to run towards him, but the big crash of Galactic member hitting the wall distracted Luke. And that gave that shady guy some time to kick the Luke and metaphorically you could say that Luke got wings, crashing the rusted fence and hitting the ground with all his might. "Ouch...." Luke said weakly, "He-Hey Crystal, can you help me out a little he-here?" Luke asked giving a friendly smile and slowly getting up on his feet, while watching the shady guy jumping down from the passageway.....

''Uhm..Luke what are you doing here?'' I asked as I stared at the dust covered boy in the passageway above me.

Nathan

Nate ran down the corridor and into an empty room, which he quickly ran out of again.He ran down the hallway and turned right at a junction.He released Zu Zu and commanded him to use sonar to search for any Team Galactic members when he heard Crystals voice from the intercom ''Come and get me! she jeered as Nathan saw some Team Galactic members running down the hallway.He ducked into the storage room and hoped they hadn't him.
 
KAORU:


Kaoru saw the boy lying in the dust. He raised an eye brow and walked over to him offering out a hand to help him up. "Hey Kid what are you doing here, it's dangerous." Kaoru stated while his eyes glared at the person in the Golden cape. Kaoru grabbed Luke and helped him up then pulled him over to Crystal. "Is this your boyfriend or something? He shouldn't wander into such a dangerous place." Kaoru showed false concern. He let Luke go and once again placed that false smile onto his lips.
 
"I'm fine, it's not that dangerous in here, I just came to help, but that creep cut my way" Luke said and prepared to release his Pokemon, when he realized that there is no need for that right now, as that guy was surrounded. "I'm sorry Crystal for such dramatic entrance, but I just couldn't stand aside and do nothing." Luke said and then turned to the guy that gave him a hand: "I'm Luke, and I am not her boyfriend" He said and smiled.....
 
KAORU:


"Oh I see." Kaoru muttered with a small laugh. "My name is Kaoru." He stated putting a hand on the boys head and messing the hair up a little. He looked around. "I guess I can't leave it to you guys can I? I'm going to have to help out." Kaoru closed his eyes and reached around the back of the trench coat. A clicking sound came from it and he withdrew a Pokéball. He opened his eyes but kept them very narrow as he locked his vision on the path in front of him that had sounds of Galactics running and shouting as they approached the three. As they got closer Kaoru tutted and threw the Pokéball in front of him. "Ride the wind, Blade." A bright red light filled the hallway and it soon settled to reveal an Absol. It's fur was a pure white and it's face was quite a light colour. It's eyes were an emerald green and sparkled with an intent to kill. There was a scar running down it's face showing it's age and how it had battled in fierce fights. It gave out a growl as the Galactics gathered at the end of Kaoru's sights. They looked quite surprised. "Lets take it easy on them Blade... An Razor wind should be enough." Kaoru closed his eyes and stood there in silence just listening to the Grunts shout in terror. Blade ran at them and with amazing immense strength it released a powerful Razor wind that sent to Grunts flying into a wall, and even cutting them across their stomachs.


"Enough." Kaoru said reopening his eyes. He threw the ball at Blade who had it's own eyes closed and was bowing it's head. The Pokémon went back inside the object and the ball returned to Kaoru. "They don't appear to be able to battle any longer. These grunts make me feel sick." Kaoru turned away and looked at Luke and Crystal.
 
Luke watched Kaoru and his teamwork with Absol, and he saw the one of the grunts that were swiped to the wall was also one who kicked him from the platform. Luke quickly approached him and said: "How do you like that now, scum...." But then the grunt grabbed Luke's leg. "What do you think, you are still acting so stupid" Luke said and delivered a nice kick to the guys face: "You want some more....just touch me again and I'll crush you...." he added.

Then Luke sensed a distinct smell in the corner of the room, it was a Grimer, ready to battle even though he didn't have any visible strenght in himself. Grimer attacked right in the direction of Kaoru with a sludge bomb, who didn't see that. "Quickly Comet, ember!" Luke yelled as he throwed the Pokeball in the air. Fired up Comet deflect the sludge bomb, just by enough to not hit Kaoru. "Now Comet, bite!" And Comet ran to the Grimer at the very same second and bited him, the good thing was that Grimer was low on strenght and Comet didn't let go of him. Soon Grimer fainted, and Luke returned his Comet to it's Pokeballs and said to Karou: "You see, I am not that helpless as you thought"....
 
KAORU:


Karou watched as Luke delivered a nice swift and quite powerful kick to the guy in a golden cape. He felt a need inside to say something but didn't since Luke seemed to be having fun threatening the grunt. Kaoru then heard something sludge trickling along the floor. He turned his head and saw an approaching Grimer. He raised an eye brow as it came close to Kaoru who just stood there not bothered by it. A foul stench then drenched the air and Kaoru's eyes widened. A Sludge bomb was heading straight for him. He turned a little as if trying to doge it, but there was no chance that he could dodge it. Then fire suddenly countered the sludge bomb and a Growlife ran at the slimy creature and bit into it. 'Such strength' Kaoru thought to himself watching the quick reactions of powerful attacks from Luke's Pokémon. The Grimer fainted and Kaoru watched as Luke returned the Pokémon.


"I'm not as helpless as you thought" He said a proud smile on his face.


Kaoru looked away and his face didn't really change. "Admittedly you're not just a dumb kid who's trespassing. I suppose you can take care of yourself, well done." Kaoru then rolled his eyes and sighed. "Also, thank you for stopping that sludge bomb." Even as Kaoru, he never enjoyed saying a word of thanks.
 
Because its not funny when some one gets hurt, Its VERY funny.

It had been a short time sense Refr had been Rudely awakened by the Eevee, He had made Sausage mixed with hash browns and cheese. He grabbed a his poketech and looked at his reflection, Many new scars were forming from where the brown and white cat like pokemon had sunk its claws into him. He grumbled and took another bite, "At least Haller," he pointed at the water pokemon, "only hurt my ankle." He said glaring at the Eevee.

When he finished his food he started to take down all his stuff, he placed it onto the 'Table' and untied his brown and green bag from the tree it hung on. Then untied his hammock and placed it on the bottom, he quickly began to stuff the other stuff into it until his bag was full. He pulled out his knife from the bag and laid it on the table, then pulled out the Three inch, Straight silver knife and stabbed it through the map of Kantos edge and into the tree stump before laying out his other equipment, which included his poketech, maps, a compass, nine pencils, and a small black notebook. After he cleaned his knifes he returned them to where they belonged and he started to put the other stuff away. just as he was about to put his poketech away it started to buzz, he looked at his weather update, "A deep fog is rolling in from the south, that next town is just North west of here." he shoved the poketech back into the bag before he threw the blue and pink bag he got for Eve at her. "Pack up, We need to roll out before that fog hits us." he said before he removed his shirt, the felt along his back which was now covered in squares. His hammock was made with string that had been tied together in squares and laced to each other, Her hammock was one piece of fabric with a zipper top that keep rain out. "UGH, that is going to be sore." he whispered.

He slowly climbed down one of the trees and made his way to the water, Which was where he started to clean his own dishes. He Turned back to where the rock was and yelled up to Eve, "HEY, throw me my shirt and jacket!" which was quickly replied with a shirt in his face and a jacket on the ground, with laughter above him. He pulled his cloths on and yelled back up, "Hey, Daur, Haller." then he saw his pokemons faces. He held up his hand, which was holding the twos pokeball's then a red beam of light shot up and encased them, only to return to nothing. He returned the two shrunken pokeballs to his belt holder, and this time being his last yell, "EVE, come on, we don't have all day!"

Sapphire:

After throwing down the shirt and jacket to Refr, she quickly went over to Xerxes. She petted his head and smiled delighted at him. "I should really catch more Pokémon, but I haven't seen one that stands out for me yet apart from you Xerxes." She frowned a little. Sapphire would not catch a Pokémon if she could not bond with it, or had no connection with it. Refr soon shouted back up at her as she was stumbling along the platform gathering up her bits and bobs. She then climbed down akwardly and walked over to Refr after swinging the bag over her shoulder. With her other hand she held the rim of her hat and a smirk came to her lips. "You make a comfortable bed." She said in a rather creepy way as though she was trying to scare him. Refr just raised an eyebrow at her and decided not to question it.

"Veeeeeeeeeee~!" Xerxes announced as it climbed up and into Sapphire's bag.
"Eh?! Xerxes! What are you doing in there! You should return back to your Pokéball if you're tired!" A sweat drop formed on the side of Sapphire's head as the head of the creature popped out of the bag and shook from side to side. She pulled a face that looked rather like ' -.- ' before turning to Refr. "Um, you mentioned something about a fog?" The two began walking. "Er, and Refr I have to ask... What exactly are you doing in Oluma... I know you had to deliver a letter to the Doc, but you didn't have to stick around, did you?" Sapphire smiled, she was pleased that he did stick around or she'd be on her own most likely.

Refr was walking along through the forest, it was what he did a lot so his hearing altered somehow so he could here everything. One of the few things that annoyed him was that very skill, it did not help in large cities, to many noises. He heard a slight argument from Eve and her Eevee, then she asked about the fog, "Yeah, a fog is going to roll in about," he looked at his watch, "Twenty minutes. I want to get you to a town before that happens encase you lose sight of me. Fogs mess with a normal persons sense of direction, I though spent ten months in a fog covered route, so I grew us to it." he said before hearing the question of why he was still here, "Well, I have been to every where else, this place is new to me, I like new, I can make new 'Paintings Of The Night' and do other stuff, like wander through woods and do stuff. I don't want to leave because I kinda like it here. It has not been completely explored, so I want to find all of its hidden spots. But when I do stuff like that I don't like to tell most people, then those spots get over run by camping trainers that just want to make someones day bad." he keep walking as he talked to his friend, and to his estimation, they would be on a ridge that over looked this, INFORMATIONTOWN, or what ever the name was, place. "If I could, I would call that Mud-Head a Óspakr," he said in the ancient tongue of the northern warriors, "He seems to fit the part, I would say you were more Hlín, Which means 'To save, defend.' or maybe even Probjorg Litilvolva, which means 'Little prophetess'. Your Eevee though in the language I know would be, Ótama which means, 'Untamed'." He smirked, the stopped, it made the new scars hurt.

They keep walking and soon he made it to the ridge that he was waiting for, he turned and saw that Eve was fighting against the forest to get out, "Don't fight the forest, Feel it and become one with it." he said to her, "Feel the energy that comes out of the trees and the pokemon. Feel the energy that flows around you and me. Close your eyes and sense the way, You can not fail if you try Eve, only if you do not try." he turned back and looked out over the ridge, the whole town was in his sight. Just as he liked it to view all that stood before him. He closed his eyes, the energy of the forest was disrupted nearly a hundred feet behind him, The fog is closing in, he could smell the stagnant rain could that was trapped at this height, that Pokemon were hiding as to not get lost, the people below were not prepared for the incoming storm.

He felt the earth as it turned, but something felt wrong, beings were out of harmony, that was what had caused the evil to come into this world, beings had been out of harmony. his thought ran through him, then the same pain as before swept through him, His mind roared with agony as he felt the disorder pulse through him and expelled through his scars, new and old. He fell to his knees, pain ran down his body as if he was standing under a water fall. He could hear nothing but saw something other than the town that had been in front of him. Before him lay an army of reds and blues and they bowed before him, he stood amazed at the sight before he turned and saw a huge shadow, it was resting on a bed of stone. He dropped and bow before it, then his sight returned to the town, he was still on his knees. The pain was only aches that pulsed through his old and new scars. "OW," was the only thing he could mutter.
 
Luke looked at his watch, just too see that he lost it somewhere: "Uh...It probably slipped from my arm when I was falling.." Luke thought and then said to Crystal: "Hey Crystal....can you please do me one favor? Can you please tell Nate that I need to travel alone for a while, for my Pokemon's sake...if that's not a problem?" Luke said then added: "I....I will be going now..." Luke slowly turned to the direction from which many team Galactics came and then he just waved, not even turning around.

"I'm sorry for doing this, I just have to get stronger....much stronger" He said before disappearing from the sight of Crystal and Kaoru. Soon he found himself out on the street, with a light not flashing his face this time. "There will be a heavy fog later today, or at least it seems that way..." Luke said to himself and then remembered after one full day that he left his bike in front of Doctor Levanna's lab. "Well....I guess I'll have to fight the fog on my feet" Luke said and went for towns exit on the opposite side than the one he and Nate came in yesterday.

After a 20-minute walk, Luke was at the town outskirt, not very long walk for him. But without a map he didn't know where or what town is next. So he looked around for a person to ask, but not many people were around. Soon he found one old lady, and asked her for direction. She was so delighted by young man's polite introduction that she gladly told him where to go and how to get there. After this talk, Luke headed in the direction he was told to go: "So....Spikes town is the next.....First gym is there, if that lady was correct..." Luke told himself. By the instruction he got, he had a choice, or follow a road through a forest or cut the path through a small icy cave. "Let's go....I'll decide where to go when I get to crossroad!" Luke said as he hit the road.......

I walked out of the store in Spikes city and wandered to my gym. the door opened as I set my foot on the platform. "JAMIE!" Screamed a person, "Where in HELL Have YOU BEEN?!?" "Oh god not her." I prayed. "I was at the town over, don't get your panties in a knot." I spoke, Not bright. "DON'T YOU GET THAT ATTITUDE WITH ME YOUNG MAN!" Miss Black kept yelling at me.
"Yea Whatever, now go bother someone else." I told her as i walked into my room and locked my door. I looked around, and saw that Black had been busy cleaning my room, she organized my books and cleaned out under my bed "Oh crap!" I said as I rushed to the bedside bent down and took out the letter that I had from my brother in Kanto. I read it again.

Brother i heard that you became the new gym leader. Congrats. I've met Oak and one of his 'helpers' his name is Refr. he is a *******. don't trust him. He STOLE my cookie that i was about to eat. How is Mom? Dad?

After Luke had left I turned to Kaoru ''So are you ready to shut down this warehouse once and for all?'' I asked and turned to a huge screen showing many pokemon being hurt or captured in green and blue ''pokeballs'', ''Any idea what those are?'' I asked and pointed to the strange pokeballs before smashing it with my sword.Suddenly all the lights went out. ''Did I cause this?'' I wondered and then thought ''Nate!''

After the Team Galactic grunts had passed he cautiously walked out of the storage room and ran down the hallway, until he reached a room marked ''Power! Do not enter!'' in big red letters.He pushed open the door and saw a big generator with various tubes coming out of it.He released Zu Zu and commanded him to use Supersonic on the generator.It exploded and suddenly all the lights in the ware house went out.He heard screams and ran out of the room and down the hallway.''So far so good.'' He thought as he ran into another room and was amazed to see Crystal.''Hi! he exclaimed and ran over to her before noticing a strange man...
