Welcome to the Official Scream Queens Discussion Thread, a haven for all hardcore fans, theorists or casual viewers of the series. Come here to share theories on who you think is the Red Devil that's been murdering the 'innocent' and oblivious members of Kappa Kappa Tau sorority and Wallace University.

For those new to the series (we all are really!), Scream Queens is an American horror comedy anthology television series created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan that premiered on Fox on September 22, 2015. The series had its world premiere at the 2015 Comic-Con. The first season is centred on a series of murders involving the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority. Scream Queens is a new "Pretty Little Liars" except a disappointing ending is not guaranteed.

Red Devil
Red Devil is the main villain of Scream Queens. The Red Devil was the mascot of Wallace University, and the costume is stolen by the killer.

Grave Gardener
Grace Gardner is a main character on Scream Queens. She is portrayed by Skyler Samuels. Grace is introduced as a new freshman at Wallace University, while her father Wes drives her to her new dormitory.

Wes Gardener
Weston "Wes" Gardner is a main character on Scream Queens. He is portrayed by Oliver Hudson. Wes is a professor and has some issues accepting the fact that his daughter is entering into college, and somehow he always finds a way to appear at school to keep an eye on Grace.

Cathy Munsch
Cathy Munsch is a main character on Scream Queens. She is portrayed by Jamie Lee Curtis. Cathy is the Deam of Wallace University. Cathy is very smart, tough and classy. Cathy has a tough mature persona and loves to be in control when things get in her way, as seen in Pilot, she ruins Chanel's perfect sorority by letting any student who wants to pledge Kappa Kappa Tau in. She is also very lovesick, her ex-husband left her for a 19 year old named Feather, causing Cathy to be devastated and making her confused in her sex life, she already has a hook-up with Chad and attempts to seduce Wes.

Chanel Oberlin
Chanel Oberlin is a main character on Scream Queens. She is the president of the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority and the leader of The Chanels. She is portrayed by Emma Roberts. Chanel is really ruthless, and fashionable. All her life, all she has wanted to do is be the president of Kappa, have a great boyfriend, and rule the roost. When this finally happened, she became the most popular and the meanest girl of Wallace University. Chanel is not a nice person, and usually says whatever goes through her mind. She likes to insult people and does whatever she wants. Typically, Chanel considers everyone an enemy and inferior than her. She has a very snotty attitude and she can be quite a bully to other people, and even treats poorly her friends, The Chanels.

The Chanels
The Chanels are a clique of four beautiful, fashionable, and mean girls. They are the most popular girls of the Wallace University, and are part of the most demanded sorority, Kappa Kappa Tau. They are all best friends and are also known for being cruel to other people of the University. The name of the group is "The Chanels" because the leader, Chanel Oberlin, constantly forgets the other members names so she calls them "Chanels". Chanel #4 and Chanel #2 were part of the group but they died.

Chanel #2 [DEAD] ​

Sonya Herfmann, also known as Chanel #2, is a recurring character on Scream Queens. She is Chanel Oberlin's sidekick and is killed by the Red Devil. She is portrayed by Ariana Grande.​

Chanel #3

Chanel #3 is a main character on Scream Queens. She is portrayed by Billie Lourd. Chanel #3 is a sassy low key individual, she is very quiet and popular and cares alot about being a Chanel, she slightly cares for the other Chanels as when Chanel #2 died, she tried to call the police and considered her as her "friend."​

Chanel #5
Chanel #5 is a main character on Scream Queens. She is portrayed by Abigail Breslin.Chanel #5 is very uptight and very educated, she is always competitive to be Chanel's favorite and eventually starts to become a suck up until Chanel corrects her, when the new pledges join Kappa, she is affected by this the most more than the other Chanels and tries her best to live with it but ends up freaking out treating the misfits like crap. She is very homophobic. She is also very protective over Chanel and will do anything to please her.​

Chad Radwell
Chad Radwell is a main character on Scream Queens. He is portrayed by Glen Powell. Chad has a massive ego which makes him into a complete jerk, he makes his girlfriend Chanel insecure and treats other students on campus like he is the most important. He thinks of himself as the most attractive, popular, muscular guy on campus who gets all the girls and lives up to it. Chad has a little bit of a loving, caring, side when it comes to his best friend Boone, who he treats as his little bro. Stemming out of their friendship, Chad completely accepts his friend's sexuality, and even calls Chanel out for being homophobic. But Chad also has a disturbed side, as he is a necrophiliac.

Boone Clemens [ALIVE - Red Devil Accomplice]
Boone Clemens is a recurring character on Scream Queens. He was a member of the Dickie Dollar Scholars fraternity and Chad Radwell's best friend. It is revealed in the episode Hell Week that he is Red Devil's ally. He is portrayed by Nick Jonas.

Pete Martinez
Pete Martínez is a main character on Scream Queens. He is a barista at the campus' coffee shop and the editor of the school paper. He is portrayed by Diego Boneta. Pete is an investigative reporter. He is also the editor of the school paper, The Sentinel, and a barista at the local coffee shop on campus. He is described as a hard worker who takes his job very seriously. He hates sororities and fraternities and tries to avoid them. He is also very loving and passionate and is all about the truth, but has a little bit of a dark side.

Hester Ulrich
Hester Ulrich, also known as Chanel #6, is a main character on Scream Queens. As of Chainsaw she is a member of the Chanels. She is portrayed by Lea Michele. Hester is a really different from the other girls from Kappa Kappa Tau. She has a serious obsession with death and cats, and this makes the other girls find her very rare and weird. Hester is always very excited about everything, and all her life she has wanted to be part of the popular girls and is capable of everything to get it, this is proven in the episodes Pilot and Hell Week when she does all of Chanel Oberlin's disrespectful tests, and turns against her newly made friends Grace and Zayday, so she can be part of the sorority.

Zayday Williams
Zayday Williams is a main character on Scream Queens. She is portrayed by Keke Palmer. Zayday is a really intelligent young woman with a genius IQ. She doesn't like sororities, but as an overachiever, joins Kappa Kappa Tau so she can run for president and bolster her resume because she has great aspirations after she graduates from college. Zayday is very friendly and is the voice of the reason of the Kappa house. She gets into the sororities world to change the system.

Denise Hemphill
Denise Hemphill is a recurring character on Scream Queens. She is portrayed by Niecy Nash. Denise is a very determined woman who is capable of everything to protect the Kappa Kappa Tau girls. Denise does everything right, the way it is supposed to be, and is a voice of the reason. She likes to follow the rules and is not afraid to say what she thinks. Denise loves a good double cheeseburger. Running causes her to get out of breath, for which she uses a rescue inhaler.

Gigi Caldwell
Gigi Caldwell is a main character on Scream Queens. She is the president of the national chapter of Kappa Kappa Tau and a lawyer. She is portrayed by Nasim Pedrad. Gigi is a very unhinged, polite, and confident woman. She is always happy and likes to motivate people and spread joy. In the episode Pilot, it is said that something traumatic happened to her back in the '90s and part of herself is trapped during that time.

Sam
Sam is a recurring character on Scream Queens. She is portrayed by Jeanna Han. Sam is pretty brave and independent and likes to state her opinion. She doesn't like males and thinks every guy is either a rapist or gross, she is an extremist feminist and feels more comfortable around women. She has a habit of trying to hide her more transparent views (such as her misandry, and sexuality) behind seemingly deep, but overall meaningless rhetoric.

Ms. Bean [DEAD]
Ms. Bean is a recurring character on Scream Queens. She is portrayed by Jan Hoag. Ms. Bean is the caretaker and cleaner of the Kappa Kappa Tau Sorority house and has been for a number of years. She was killed by Chanel after a prank gone wrong.

It's awful in a typical Ryan Murphy fashion but I'm still kind of enjoying it. I love Dean Munsch and the rival frat group, I think they're hilarious. My money's on Grace's dad as the Red Devil and her as the baby.

Yeah I definitely think it will be full of twists - as soon as you think you know who it is, there's a twist and you're left confused. I like these kind of shows a lot though.

I can't wait for the next episode.

I've really been enjoying it. Chad is seriously the best character they've got. His delivery is hilarious.

I've suspected Grace's dad as the killer for awhile, but I think they leave enough breadcrumbs to make ANYONE the killer.

Grace's Dad, the dean, Pete, Chanel #1, and undoubtably more will surface.

I love the campiness of the show. It seriously reminds me of Airplane and Leslie Nielson style comedy.

I have no real hunch on who the killer(s) are aside from the fact that Gigi and Boone are in on everything. It's a shame we've missed an episode this week -- can't wait for the next episode though and more importantly, the final episode.

My bets on who it is would have to be Grace or Pete at the moment.

I've just finished catching up on this and I'm certainly enjoying it in a similar way to Glee.

I feel like it's a bit too obvious for Grace's dad to be the killer at the moment, but I suppose people could make any argument for any of them being too obvious. It also seems to make too much sense for Grace to be the bathtub baby. I would probably feel a bit disappointed if that turned out to be the ending. Personally I think it would be fun if Chad Radwell was involved and his persona as a dumb frat dude was actually a front, it would make a lot of sense for Boone to be the Devil's accomplice then too.
