You can if you have two or more computers that share the same internet via Network.
 
You can have as many accounts as you please.
 
He menas have two accounts at the same time.
 
If you want to be online at the exact same time as the other, you need to computers with a connection to the internet.
If you just want to accounts, you only need to e-mail addresses.
 
...you can still really have as many accounts as you please. :P

I know a trick that lets you do it
and, yes you can have multaple acounts, as many as you like!

Yup, it's possible, to an extent. Just use different domains for each account.
 
Different browsers, different domains, whatever gets you extra sets of cookies~
 
There are ways of having two accounts on at the same time. Having two different computers in the same house with the same connection. Like Kairi said. And you need more than one email address.
 
I had three tabs open, one at pokecommunity.com [The REAL :P], one at pokecommunity.org [<^<^NICK^>^>] and one at abbyxsawah.com [JKaizer] so it's really easy.
