I don't know if it's any good but it's popular, I myself never use Seismic Toss or any level based attacks.

Well, it always deal 100 HP(In Wi-Fi battle setted to level 100) damage to the opponent, so, that's why people want one...

Every Blissey should have Seismic Toss ( Except CM Blissey and Choice Specs Blissey ) , because it deals massive fixed 100 damage to the opponent ( if it is at Lv.100 ) .

but its hard to get a Seismic tossing blissey , you need the emerald move tutor....

It does because Seismic Toss always does the same damage as the user's level.

if you got an Lv.1 Chansey w/ Seismic toss . it will be crap as it will always deal 1 damage lol

When you're lvl 1 with a base attack of 10 any attack will do around the same damage.

Seismic Toss Blissey is very popular in Competitive Battleing circles because, as all Wi-Fi battles are done at Lv. 100, it is a surefure way of Blissey doing fixed damage. As her primary purpose is as a special wall, any attack she is normally capapble of would not be enough to ward off potential threats.
