Setting the battle transition

I need a information please :3

Does anyone know how I can set the battle Transitions?
So when a fight starts, always coming various transitions. Where is set wich? And the size also does not always seem to fit. Since I have enlarged the window in the settings, some transitions only be played in the upper left corner and the rest of the image is then black. They still have the old "window size". The Transitions easy to Enlarge has not helped :/
Where will it regulated?
