Seven Days into Summer Break, Anyone Bored Yet?

Youre kidding, right? My summer break starts on the 1st of July AND I CANT WAIT! Really. Im counting days! But my grades will get closed at, like, 22nd this month? So yeah, my vacation basically starts that day as Im not going to worry about school and just go there to watch documentary movies from teachers, talk with some friends and play my DSi under my desk :D
 
Summer starts when I finish my exams, here in the UK, (I'm in Year 11 -.-') which is on the 17th. Then I have a realllllyyy long summer. But hopefully I'll get the job I just applied for in a local café which will fill my time up. Otherwise I'll be staring at a computer screen for most of that time. o_o

I am not even on my summer break yet. My school lets out June 25. (It's so late because we had a couple of snow days in January, that were added to June)

Don't rush the boring days by, you'll miss them soon enough xD

samee. cept i get out on 6/23
there were really big storms in dec. and feb.

but yeah, i'm going to canada (canadia! xP) on the 26th for about a month, and i even feel like that might take up too much time D:

i like spending time at home on the internet and playing pokemon for weeks around my siblings :D

i'm also excited to get out of school so i can get rid of that anxious frustrating feeling of being 2 weeks away T~T
 
I was bored four weeks ago when my classes ended. I'm hoping my boredom will cease in the next few weeks when my summer class begins though. For now, I just visit my old AP Literature class at my old high school for an hour since they watch films at the end of the year (The Last of the Mohicans, Sense and Sensibility, The Wizard of Oz, The Birds, Casablanca, East of Eden, and The Graduate). It's actually a great way to start my morning because then I feel compelled to do something like maybe doing some housework or studying ahead instead of sleeping in and being completely useless for the rest of the day.

I didn't... imply you were from Canada? :( I was just saying that Israel (assuming your school is on par with the others as far as in-out dates go) isn't the only country where the majority of kids are still in school.

Yesterday marked my 28th rejection from a frickin' SHOP. I have a degree and I can't even do basic shop work, kri kri kri. ;___;
 
I just got out of final exams on Wednesday, but that time's been put to good use. Prepping for the VGC :)

After that, though, I hope that I can work at the job that I have.

I second this! :( People don't want to hire students even though I live at home and my schedule next semester isn't ridiculously demanding.

I'm trying to be productive otherwise but it's kinda hard to stay busy every day...the internet is only entertaining for so long.
 
A tad, but I have my first job in July, so I'll be missing my lazy days. D;
 
I graduated this year, so this is my last summer before college. I'm wasting it away making the most of it by sleeping in 'till 12 and either watching Hetalia all day or being on here all day. Dx
