Does it look like a bunch of lines and weird dots and stuff? If it does, that's what it's supposed to be. That's what Missingno is, a glitch.

Shadowumbreon: Please don't triple post, as it is against the rules. Also, if you want to request a Trainer Card, how about posting in the Trainer Card Forum? Again, it would help if you don't double post in anyway in the future :)
