Don't worry, it's 100% safe. RNG is just a manipulation of the in-game mechanics, therefore it's not like hacking. Though I'll have to reject your request as this set up isn't competitively viable, sorry :( But if you wouldn't mind an Adamant one with Rough Skin, I can do that one instead.
