So yah, the blue one seems very watery to me, but somehow it would be cool if it was electric type, its color is a very electric blue color.

I think blue just sits in water for Shellos.

1. Same colour just different shades.

If competitive, probably yes, it would unfortunately make your team worse depending on their movesets.

And depending on what type of pokemon you need.

Gastrodon isnt the same type [By type I mean like sweeper, wall etc.] of pokemon as Gallade.

Shellos? Ground. Or Poison seems good too. Bug? (sea slug)

Piplup Master, do you mean that team in your trainer card? Honestly, I don't think Gastrodon should replace Gallade, because you already have a Water-type and a Ground-type.

Yeah, that one sounds cool. I found Stockpile kind of fun to use. But... Memento is an interesting move... and Counter/ Mirror Coat on a Gastrodon might be useful... Hmmm...
