I used AM to try and find more about the Jirachi event, but instead came across Wesley. He is in fact in Lake of Rage, but quite well hidden. (Location in attatchment)

Arthur is very easy to find. He's under the row of headbutt trees in Route 38.

Frieda is in the area of Ilex Forest in which the Farfetch'd puzzle was. She's right out in the open.

No wonder i couldn't find it wesley before, he's hidden so well...

About the Silph Scope, there's no silph Scope on this version, but a similar, Ghostbuster.

And it's in Silph co. However, after getting it you need to take it to the burned tower in Ecrutaek so to Morty make it work.

Once again, there's no flute, but an expansion card, as in the original Gold, although it is the old pokéflute.

And you can get it in Lavander Radio Tower, after fixing the Power Plant.

This last question has no answer. It's impossible to move him, like in original Gold. Maybe Zel changes it in some new beta, but I don't see any use for it.

Man, you want everything solved for you... At least try on your own, otherwise you're just throwing away this great hack Zel made. If you can't solve it, come back. By the way, this power plant part is really simmilar to the original gold.

In the route right to Fuschia there is a large pillar, talk to the girl and she say's something about a Pokemon wish maker or something, then talk to the pillar and it says: "[Player] made a wish"

It's just a thought..

I've just patched beta 5, but when I start the game it wouldn't load my B4 save, is there a way to play b5 with the b4's save?

But now what? ;)

Ye, well... Zel's says it's impossible to continue with a Savefile from B4. So...
But I haven't tried to make a Sav. file from B4 and afterwards importing the file to the B5 game. You should try.

Wesley; He's located North of the Lake of Rage. Impossible to see, because he's hidden behind one of the many Headbutt trees. Search behind one of the less North ones. [Reward; Black Belt]

Arthur; This guy is located at route 38. Once you enter the route from Ecruteak City, go immediatly South. You can find him under a row of Headbutt trees. [Reward; Hard Stone]

Frieda; She's in the area of Ilex Forest in which the Farfetch'd puzzle was. She's right out in the open. Can't miss her. [Reward; Poison Bard]

Santos; He is located in Ecruteak City, East of the Burned Tower. [Reward; Spell Tag]

Sunny; This little girl is located at the National Park, in the grass. Just look for a small person. [Reward; Magnet]

I have a question, what is up with the pichu in the egg? I've evolved it and trained it to lv 32, what do I do now? It's in my PC btw.

Also, I don't know what else to do, i've got the Kangaskahn back, I got the Ghostbuster and did the power Plant thing, do I have to beat the gym? I soughta don't know what to do, got the train pass and I did the slowpoke thing..

Also, what do I do to get Celebi? I've got the GS Ball..

What do you mean; "what's up with the pichu?" Actually, there's nothing to it. Just a regular Pokémon which evolved.

Other stuff you mentioned;

Well, when you did the Power Plant thing, you could beat Misty at her Gym (first by locating her beneath Bill's 'old' house). Afterwards, you could go to the Radio Tower at Lavender Town and get an Expn. Card for awakening Snorlax near Diglett's Cave.
And then you could do some side-stuff like locating the Week-family or catching Rare Pokémon or so.

When you've got the GS Ball, you should bring it to Kurt at Azalea Town. He'll investigate it and you'll get it back. Then you should go to the Forest to catch Celebi.

Well, what did he say then?
Maybe he's still busy with an apricorn you gave earlier. If he is, then you should wait till he's done with it.
If not, you should do a few thing in order to trigger the 'event', 'cause all the stuff Zel added, are connected with eachother, like using Headbutt on trees, finding Berries/apricorns and creating PokéBall's by Kurt.
So if that's the case, you should find some Berries/apricorns or you should Headbutt a tree or so like I mentioned.

Just as many as the FireRed version...

If you mean which Pokémon.... Well, eventually, all Pokémon.
