3rd Gen Shiny Pokemon Discussion

hmmmm......If you restarted yours (I'm restarting my Ruby game a whole bunch to get a female Mudkip and then breed it with my Swampert once it's a Swampert), You may be lucky to find one by the color of a Mudkip, Treecko,and a Torchic if you kee restarting your game. (My tip is very useless to me please agree if you think so too. )
 
i got a shiny female mudkip on the emerald version then a shiny poochyena and at the end of the game the rayquaza was shiny!

Just like getting a shiny beldum in R/S/E, I think you'll have to turn your gameboy on and off until the pokeball in Celadon gives you a shiny eevee. By the way, the pokeball is in the top floor of the Celadon building. You'll have to get in by the back door.
 
I started A New Game in FireRed for no apparent reason @_@. I chose a Charmander as my started and I beat Gary. Then I went to route 1 and there I encountered a shiny Rattata. I was really mad because I had Pokeballs. It may not sound as a special find but for me, it is my first that I have ever seen in FR.
 
I was playing Emerald for a long time now and I have seen more than 15 shinies. I tried catching them but all the time I always run out of Ultraballs. I just caught a shiny bagon not so surprising because I forgot to save. >.<

So far in emerald, i have no shinies.
 
yeah, i've heard thats happened to a lot of people. gamefreaks must've done that as a cruel joke (make you more likely to encounter shinies when you don't have pokeballs)

manectric***
azumarill***
exploud***
rhydon***(safari zone)
spinda***
zigzagoon***
on my emerald.

I caught the zigzagoon a day after the spinda while training the ev's of a friend's metang......im so lucky...yay!!!!
 
Finally, I caught a Magikarp that is shiny. I was fishing with a super rod in Sootopolis City when a Lv 32 Magikarp appeard there was one difference though, it was a shiny. I caught it just today morning.
