3rd Gen Shiny Pokemon Discussion

The manectric and azumarill on underworldhades's list is really mine....and this morning i traded Dontae on my FireRed for his jinx named zinx and i checked it to see what its atacks and stuff were.........when i realized that it was a SHINY!!!!!!!!
THAT IS AWSOME!!!!!!!
now i have 3!!!!!!

I have finally caught my first (of what i can remember) shiny!
It's a machop lvl 34, sadly bcuz it's a high lvl caught at its weak!

it's brown and i cant wait for it to become a machamp :)

the only one i caught was in silver it was a golden pidgey but now its a golden pidgeot

I had a Shiny Medicham and Whismur on my Ruby file, but somehow, my game got deleted, and now I have;

shiny sunflora
shiny foretress

you can't just get a shiny eevee, you have to be lucky enough to get it shiny.

i've just defeated the e4 and i went to the sky pillar and when you see rayquaza its green right? but when i stood in front of it it was sparkling round the edges and it was BLUE and when i went into battle(and caught it!) it sparkled and BLUE!

Liar alert! Shiny rayquaza are BLACK not blue look at my siggy and serebii pictures of shiny rayquaza in r/s and e

dude seth, chill sometimes its hard to tell what color something is on these little gameboy game screens. i once had a shiny umbreon and i had no idea it was colored weird until i sent it out on stadium :D

I just cought a shiny mew and Lugia. Then i caught a shiny Illumise. All on my Emerald game. I have never found a shiny pokemon on any of my other games and I ahve about ever pokemon game :D

I have managed to catch quite a few shinies, including:

-Magneton
-Scizor
-Steelix
-Skarmory
-Forretress
-Metagross
-Cloyster
-Arbok
-Houndoom
-Pidgeot
-Cacturne
-Seadra
-Venomoth

I don't know about you guys, but I find it extremely freaky that almost every Steel type I have is shiny. (Sure, Steelix and Scizor had to be evolved to become Steel- but still, it's freaky). Tell me- is it normal to have that many shinies in one element category?

Well, I got mine in Sky Pillar:)! But it was in emerald:(. (In emerald, pokemon in sky pillar are in the 30's)

Oh, and my best friend's sister's friend has a shiny ditto on her game and SHE DOESN'T KNOW IT'S SHINY!:laugh: :surprised

Lucky for me, when I restarted my sapphire a few weeks ago, the kyogre was shiny! Since then, I caught a shiny duskull when searching for latias. In FR, I got a shiny nidoran, and pidgey (now a pidgeot.). Ruby: Slacking, torchic, and shiftry. LG: none.
And none so far in emerald. Altogether, that's 7 shinys!

I don't know if this has ever happened to anyone but

I hatched a shiny pokemon (I dind't use a gameshark)

I don't even really like shiny pokemon except for zangooze 'cuz he looks cool

but I don't have one of them.

anyway I was breeding skarmory with dodrio to get drill peck

and the very first skarmor to hatch was a female with a rash nature...

which sucks 'cuz it's a crap nature for skarmory.

had it been neutral at least I woulda raised it 'cuz I HATCHED A SHINY...and I

repeat without a gameshark. at first I just thought that in emerald skarmory

just had green wings, but then my other skarmory eggs hatched and they had

the traditional red wings so that tipped me off.

anyway , has that every happened to anyone else?
