3rd Gen Shiny Pokemon

My first shiny was a Swablu in Emerald. It is now an Altaria (which, btw, looks kick-ass in shiny form).

I encountered another, but when do I encounter it? The safari zone. Of course, my luck..... It was a Zatu. Damn you safari balls.....
 
Quick question, and I apologize if it has already been mentioned or answered:
Can you find, or have ever found a Black shiny pokemon? Because I would love to get me a black dunsparce!

Sorry for double posting, but the forum won't allow me to edit my post so...
I caught a shiny blue Girafarig in Crystal in Lake of Rage. Caught a shiny purple Spheal in Ruby and just shall a shiny green Espeon held by the first set of Twin Trainers in the Battle Tower in Double Team Mode. I really wish I had an Action Replay instead of a GameShark so I could had caught that Espeon in LeafGreen.
