I actually got 2...
in firered I got a shiny geodude and in Pearl I got a LEGIT Giratina!

Shiny Gold legendary FTW!
 
Well, let's see. Due to chaining, I have shiny...

Glaceon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Gallade, Floatzel, Roselia, Geodude, Ponyta (looks epic), Cascoon, Silcoon, Lotad, Psyduck, Machop, Staravia, Chansey, Mr. Mime, Bidoof, Bibarel, Duskull, Nidoran Male, Nidoran Female, Medicham, Wooper, Hoothoot, Gardevoir, and Magnemite.
 
Pearl: Purugly (random encounter).
Diamond: Starly (random encounter).
Platinum: Flygon (was a gift Trapinch), Magikarp ("Murderkarp" from a friend), Latias (from chillxd), Shinx (from Fuyuhiko), Swablu (hatched myself). I don't have the patience to chain. >_>
SoulSilver: Gyarados (duh), Event Pichu.
Nothing in Ruby.

So, like, yeah.
 
The only shiny I ever encountered ever was my Zapdos in Firered. I thought I'd never seen a shiny, but looking at sprite pictures online, I realised my Zapdos was actually A shiny one. I did'nt cheat at all, it was just shiny. That made me very happy.
 
1. Shiny Zubat. Killed.
2. Shiny Cascoon. Didn't raise, blue Dustox is the ugliest shiny ever.

Platinum:Shiny Shinx and Shiny Banette (Banette is not in the house)
Pokemon Rumble:Shiny Scyther (Not in house any longer)


The only shiny I have still is Shinx.
I am guessing it won't take long for the next.

Emerald; Shiny Wurmple just after I received the PokéBalls from May.
Platinum; Shiny Staravia on the way to Solaceon Town.
Pearl; Shiny Buizel whilst looking for a HM slave by Valley Windworks. (This was this morning and boy was I surprised!)
 
Mew- A friend gave me their shiny mew.
Eggxecute- headbutting trees looking for a pokemon in SS version.

I have NEVER encountered a shiny Pokemon. Am I doin it wrong? ;-;
 
I had found a bunch of shinys including a Shiny Charmander from an egg. Then I came here and traded a lot so I have over 200+ different shinys.
