Shooting Stars ~*



As every star is born into the great abyss we call space, a soul is created as well. These souls are connected to their stars, which possess special abilities depending on each. There was a time when souls could control their star's abilities as they pleased, but as time passed, they began to cause havoc. So, to create a form of order, the greatest and most powerful of all star's formed an alliance. To reach their goal of peace, they used their separate abilities to cut off the connection between soul and star. However, they did not want to be too harsh, so they reorganized the connection to rings. This way, only those who find the ring with their star will be able to use their powers. Since then, the goal of forming peace has been successful. As time passed, people were unable to find the rings connected to their stars, and so, they gave up searching for them. Although, there have been those who have continued their search, even dying in the process, spreading the word to others, usually family, and so on. There is one family, however, who has continued their search for their star rings over the ages the longest. The stories reached a young boy who found these stories of rings possessing powers to be very intriguing. He grew up to be a scientist, but instead of searching for his star ring, he has decided to study these rings' connection to the stars, hoping to restore the connection between soul and star. To do this, he needs to find rings, and so he hired a number of people to find individuals who have discovered their star rings already. Knowing they wouldn't give up easily, he created his own type of rings with their own abilities made just for the purpose of capturing people with star rings. Now, to reach further in his research, those subjects have been sent out on their hunt.

Personality: Zack is the type of person you see causing chaos at the mall. He loves to do what he wants, and hates fallowing the rules, making his own instead. He tends to abuse his abilities to get what he wants. Without them, he'd get himself caught, right on the spot. He can be quite clever half the time, but in general, he's very gullible. Most of the time, his friends end up getting caught, and like the sweet person he is, he does everything in his power to save them. That's one great quality about Zack, though, he doesn't abandon those he cares about. Even so, he will still annoy the heck out of people with his randomness, but they still find him funny, just going overboard sometimes.



Description: Zack likes to dress punk. He spikes most of his hair to the right, except for the left side, which he spikes up and to the left. The color of his hair is blond, which he highlights with yellow around the base, fading out as it reaches the tips of his hair. He has fairly beady eyes which are a neon blue with eyelashes which are some-what long for a boy, giving the illusion of eye liner. Black eyebrows and a trimmed mustache under his nose which curves out. Zack has lightly tanned skin, wearing a black, short sleeved shirt, and a lighter black pair of pants with small chains on the side. Around his right arm, he wears a large black and white bracelet with studded stars, also wearing a matching belt. Finally, Zack wears white converse sneakers with black laces.

She states that plants were 'quiet beings that did not find their own necessity superior to others'. She herself is very quiet. She is a model student, though you could never guess it, as she never speaks. Haruhi carries an atmosphere of tranquility around her. Actually though, she admits that she has a soft spot for chocolate and calls herself 'lazy', as her lack of participation is usually because it was too troublesome and that she prefered 'relaxing by herself'.

Personality:
Zeph is a very laid back guy. Sleeping, eating, and reading are his favorite hobbies. He also hates conflict. He does almost anything to avoid it. This has mostly portrayed him as a wimp and easy target. Though he is pretty much the opposite. He is very skilled at combat. Mostly at using his opponents strength against them though, and that's pretty much all he is good at. He is very friendly, and almost always in an extremely good mood. Most people he has met have found it hard to stay mad around him. It's like he has this aura of happiness around him. He is always trying to, not only make friends with everyone, but also trying to make everyone else friends. Zeph does have a dark side though. While it is insanely hard to upset him, he completely loses it when he is. He's like a sticky light switch. He's either HAPPY, or PISSED (pardon my french).

Description:
He wears pretty normal clothes and wouldn't stand out in a crowd. The only strange thing about him is his height. He is rather short for his age, only about four feet, four inches tall. That and his eye color. They are crystal blue. He often wears a pair of black pants that have a few holes in the bottoms of the pant legs. He's a very active person, always going places. The only thing he usually does where ever he is though is read a book or stop conflicts if he can and sees one. He also has a pair of very dirty and worn out pair of green and white tennis shoes that he always wears. He also wears two shirts, one a silk dress shirt, that is always unbuttoned, with thorny line patterns all over it. His undershirt is just a black sleeveless shirt with a Red Chinese Dragon on the front. That alone is decent enough to be worn out in public. He just prefers to wear both.

Star Ability:
Zeph has the ability to draw on the Star's energy to form it into almost any physical thing. He does have limits though. He can't create anything with more mass than himself. He has no ranged capabilities, because if he lets go of anything he makes, it disappears and the energy returns to the star. And he can't make any complex machines. The happy aura might be another aspect of his powers, considering the fact that he is able to channel his star's energy directly, but he's never looked in to it so he doesn't know.

" Let's make this quick...just like we planned alright, here we go! " Zack spoke to his 3 other friends, all crouched, behind a statue which stood guard in front of the down town mall. It was exactly 6:59, as told on the giant clock at the top of the mall. One more minute until the doors opened. Finally, the manager appeared and unlocked the doors from inside and walked away. Once the man disappeared, Zack, and his friends; Alex, Josh, and Amanda, all scattered towards the automatic door. Amanda pulled out 4 spray paint cans from her backpack and tossed 1 each to the others.

" Zack, you start the top, Josh, you start the left, Amanda, get the right, and I'll start the bottom. " Josh gave orders to the group as they attempted to draw out an 'alien' message on the tiled floor. The crew began the operation, forming a giant circle, followed by smaller ones around the center star. Each circle was connected by a line until it touched the 5th, and largest circle. The "art work" was a ghostly white color.

" Nice job guys...oh no! " Alex noticed a shadow growing closer from one of the side stores on the 2nd floor. They all hurried towards the entrance, but Zack stopped and turned to look at the 'sign'. He lifted his right hand and pointed with the finger his star ring was wrapped around.

" Now they wont be able to wash it off so easy. "

The ring flashed in an instant, followed by a loud crunching sound of the tile floor in which the alien sign was made. Zack looked up to the 2nd floor and met eyes with the mall cop.

" Hey! " He roared, instantly running for the escalator. Zack finally left the mall, chasing after his friends. Once the cop had arrived downstairs, he looked to the floor and was amazed. He knelt down and placed his hand on the floor. Zack had left the area, indenting the sign to the tile. Pulling out a cell phone, the officer called 911.

" Yes, I'd like to report a vandalizing here at the down town mall...yes, um, there appears to be spray paint on the floor, but the tile is indented in the exact same form. We just opened the mall, but I saw someone run from the scene...alright, I'll make sure no one touches anything until you show up, thank you. " He hung up and analyzed the area one final time.

"Oh, not much." His mom bustled around the room, tidying up. "You'll have to heat up lunch."

Smiling sleepily, he walked to the nearby table. As he did so, the warm soda grew cold. Reaching the table, he opened his drink and leaned back against the table, sipping the now cold soda.

He still goes out in the world and enjoys everything there is out there. Having some magick memorized in his head, he goes through life quickly, but always enjoys his life still, even if people are chasing him.



Description:* Starr is a teenager around 6'1", which is somewhat of okay for his age. He has brown eyes and black hair. His hair has a few bangs on the side with the rest of his hair lying down. He isn't athletic either (More nerdy than jockey). His hair isn't too smooth or too rough. Starr usually just wears his long brown baggy pants (with a gray belt), a comfortable gray shirt with a time spiral on it. His long brown pants have two pockets. One pocket holds nothing while his other one holds his handy notebook, which he draws pictures of his "spacial artworks" in it. The notebook is also a magick planner because it records every important event that happened to him, so he can record things as he goes along with his adventure. It is also magickal since it isn't affected by his magicks, and if he needs to find something in it, it will show him the page automatically (the notebook is pretty thin, but can hold an infinite amount of pages). He also wears a deep black cloak with a big golden star on the back of it, making him more mysterious and a pair of black shiny shoes that don't reflect moonlight at night.

Personality: Kyosuke is a sarcastic person, with a dark humor. He does not take anything seriously, and loves to manipulate people. Thanks to his personality he is a difficult person to trust, since he tends to mock or lie to the people around him.



Description: His height is of 1.87 meters tall and has athletic build. He has a short black hair, light brown eyes, and uses glasses (He does not have eyesight problems, he uses it for his Star ability.), the glasses were given to him when he was 10 years old (1 year after he found the ring), since his brain could not restrain the power of his star, he was always on hospitals because he collapsed every 4 hours. He wears a normal white T-shirt and black pants.



Star Name: Nifelheim



Star Ability: Whenever Kyosuke is not wearing his glasses, he can see black lines in lifeless objects, and red dots in living organisms. If he touches those black lines with a sharp object he is able to cut things in half, and he is able to kill living organisms if he touches the red dots with the sharp object.

Kyosuke needs to wear some special glasses in order to stop seeing the lines, when Kyosuke sees the lines he gets headeachs and gets mentally weak, since his brain has to use more energy in order for Kyosuke not to pass out.
