Sick of Ash?

You know, since almost everybody is saying the anime should be based after Pokemon Special, I would love to see for myself what's so great about it. The only volumes I've read, and could find, are the ones with Yellow-which were pretty good, to say the least.

Oh, and in case you're too lazy to go back and read this gynormous thread-can't blame ya-I'm not sick of Ash. I see the guy as a 14-15 year old just trying to get ahead in life...sheesh.

Yeah, I think a new anime series should start! Preferably based on the Pokemon Special Manga, it has a different main character in each arc. And better ideas, everything's new and original, and just a few nostalgic scenes. And I honestly think it's funnier and more realistic.

i think we should follow jimmy for once,maybe have marina be may's rival.and for som unexplained reason and despite it being in a completely different region,he catches a lucario
 
If Ash will go, so am i.
It wont be Pokemon anymore.

But... they really need to make a good end, and thats it.
 
I was watching Pokemon since i was a little girl.
Its a part of my childhood. i even used to cry in a sad episodes, i cant imagine Pokemon without Ash.
Pokemon should ended a long ago, but unfortunatly, the money is playing an important role in all this issue.

In my opinion, there need to be a real end to Pokemon, if they want more money they can make another anima, i believe they are a creative guys.

Anyway, its already not the Pokemon it was before.

Sounds like yougrew out of Pokemon, rather than Pokemon deteriorating. As someone who's actually watched all the past seasons quite recently and is a current watcher in D/P, the old episodes get a lot of credit that they don't deserve due to nostalgia.
 
I think that DP is the best series so far. Making a new show would be redundant because it would still advertise the games in the same fashion. This same reason is why Satoshi shouldn't get replaced.

No, im not agree with you at all.
I didnt mention that i dont love Pokemon anymore.

All the episodes are pretty much the same... over & over & OVER again.
If there will be another charecter, how it will give us somthing "fresh"? it will go around like its going right now with Ash.
Its all about Ash and his dream to become a Pokemon master, this is all the thing in Pokemon that we all love.
they need to let it happend. [and i dont see it happend in the near future].

There is an end to everything in life. [yes to Pokemon also ...:) ].

I hope this happens, too. I worry that after it going on for so long, they'll drop it and just end randomly with no good ending.
 
I loved Pokemon Chronicles!
I think they should maybe keep them, but mix them with other people.
 
I never said I was sick of Ash, I just want the anime to be re-made. (yes, Ash does have a cross-cannon counterpart~~)
I remember when Ash got turned into stone/died, I was bawling and crying out, "Ash! No die!" (I was like 4...xD)

This back and forth on the ratings and quality of the anime...is funny to say the least.

I have to agree with Kenta-kun (S. Magumarashi) that the anime should have at least a good ending with Satoshi-kun. Yeah, DPP is turning out to be breaking some of it's redundancy. But it's probably due to the reason that after Johto-Hoenn the only way the anime could go was up...=/

Randomspot...the reason Chronicles didn't get much attention was probably because the old KidsWB didn't bother to air it, and they had the bulk of the old viewers.

Hay...Ookami...we can only wish for a Pokemon Special anime.... T_T

Maybe it would...but how would it end in the first place? As long as they make games,there will anime...
 
I think the show must keep their characters balanced and that they should bring the old
Ash back because the new one is kinda dull.

Old Ash is the same as "new" Ash. It's just he no longer doesn't make the most basic trainer mistakes, like how to catch a Pokemon.
