? If you look closely at the close-up banner, there are pixels that look like... pixels? XDDD;;;
I don't know if that's what you are asking... ><;;;
Make sure you guys do assignment 3 too. ^^;
Hazuki, I hope you don't mind me answering this.Thanks, but umm....I don't know how to explain it XDD;
How would you make a 1 pixel margin. I know to select all you press CTRL+A, but how do you select all but one border?
Hey that's pretty good! Do you see a difference in that? =DI suck..

I think I understand what you mean...
Here's what you need to do:
-Press CTRL+A to select all.
-Go to Select -> Contract -> 1 pixel
The next step would be Select -> Inverse, but that's mentioned in the tutorial.
Hope that helped ^^

I have no idea why contract doesn't work. hmmI hate Photoshop T_T
I CTRL+A to select all, but then it won't let me contract at all. It will let me contract if I select a portion of my image, but not all of it. Here's a screenshot. I feel so stupid having to do this :(. You can boot me out if you want to, Hazuki. XDD...
But really, I'm not joking; If you think I'm not at "that level" you can kick meh :(

In that case, just use Select -> Modify -> border and set it to 1 pixel and there you have it. ^^
No need to inverse now.
And lol at the rest of your post, stop underestimating yourself hehe
I can't access the site which showed me how to make the dashed borders.
Never mind, I fixed it. I made the banner
EDIT: Didn't like the border too much on that one
