If you can transform it to suit:
Elements (by which I mean Fire, Water (which includes ice), Earth, and Wind). - YOOM-TAH
Entering that would just be plagiarism for Element skateboards. xP
 
Yeah there's a reason I put the disclaimer there, because I knew people would try to stretch it in some way to try to appear thoughtful.

There's plenty of ways to make something creative using the actual 4 elements. Trust me, that's why I picked it. Some of the most ingenious and inspiring art I've seen has involved elements. Especially water. Just think of how symbolic water is. It has been used to represent SO many things (life, birth, time, peace, etc.) Fire can represent different things too, such as power, death, war, light, knowledge... Wind can represent holiness/spirit, time, emptiness... Earth can represent life, motherhood, nature, power, growth, steadiness...

Just gotta think deeper. Then again, you can also just create really awesome effects with them too. :P

SotW stands for Signature of the Week.

It's where people make graphics with a theme that's given and people vote for who made the best graphics to portray the theme.
 
Can I use a heart as an element? According to Captain Planet, heart is as much an element as fire and water!

I dunno, not sure if it's even up to me. I thought about that as I chose this theme, and I really didn't want it. I'm not sure why everyone always has to try and bend the theme as much as possible. Just go with what's given, you don't have to come up with something on the edge of the theme.

Maybe it's easier to win when you have a unique banner. This SOTW is bound to have your everyday elements from Pokemon, but someone can get creative with the periodic table or something.
 
Haha, don't see why you can't do that… as long as you indicate with temperature… I guess. xD
Lateral thinking is what a designer should be doing. :<

You shouldn't be doing that to win, you should be doing that naturally. :<
Also my sig was unique in the final fantasy sotw… that only got one vote. xD

Also want the archive and sotw tags back?

Yea, I would appreciate it if you posted a new archive munna. I mean there is no reason to not display past winners.

As for dimensions, I would have to say no. I really think that limits me for some reason (even though I could probably just scale it down xD). Personally I am just thinking of you're "Kanto City Buildings" sotw entry, I think the size really added to that.
