Your current image is 287px (width) x 100px (height), so you can add up to 213px (width) x 200px (height) and still be within the limits :>

It seems like your signature is 10 pixels too wide (the content in spoilers do count), but other then that it's fine :3

You're correct and sorry to say, it's not okay. =/ 80 pixels over the height limit of 300 pixels.
