The scroll box seems to make the border a little too wide. To fix this, just change the width to about 494px or something about that and height to about 294px and it'll be fine.

The scroll box is part of the picture, which is 500x300. XD I just added margin-top to push a css-div box down. I will resize the whole thing., though.

Your signature is too tall, when all the images collate together like that. In total, your signature is 138px too tall, so you'll have to take some of the images out, or just change the signature altogether to something smaller. Just to break it down for you in images in terms of height:

Dragonite is 78px
Trainer Card is 165px
Tyranitar is 200px

So either take out the Trainer Card or Tyranitar and you should be fine.

Just wondering about my signature. I know the actual image size is smaller than 500x300px, except I was wondering, because it is a .gif if it is over the file size?

The file size of the image itself is only 256kb, so yes, your signature is fine. :)
