[Question] Simple Beam

    Is Simple Beam actually in the game? It's listed as an egg move, and I've been searching raids for it for a while, but I haven't been able to find it. I don't want to waste my time if it's not actually available in the game.
     
    Believes not currently (or at least, not legitimately). Sees four possible Pokemon that learn it as an egg move in Scarlet/Violet: Psyduck, Golduck, Spoink, and Grumpig. Checked their Tera Raid movesets:

    • Psyduck: Water Pulse, Zen Headbutt, Disable, Hypnosis
    • Golduck: Aqua Tail, Zen Headbutt, Water Pulse, Hypnosis
    • Spoink: Psybeam, Confuse Ray, Trailblaze, Confusion
    • Grumpig: Psyshock, Power Gem, Confuse Ray, Low Kick

    Cannot get it through Tera Raids. Does not appear on the wild Tera Psychic Golduck either. Should be possible with Sword/Shield transfers (via Swoobat breeding) one day.

    Found a page on Bulbapedia about this while digging for more ways to learn egg moves. Lists Simple Beam as one of them.
