Simple Destruction

I just nodded," I'm fine. No need to worry. It's you I am worried about. are you sure you can shoot properly with Risa on your arm? Hehe. It's nice to meet another archer. Now, let's get going, we don't want to get caught in another part of the storm. Izumo should be near already."

I smiled again, and slowly began walking again. I felt fine, but I was still quite drained. It was difficult, but I wouldn't show it.

Itoko giggled.
"I'm sure I'll manage!" she said, bending down and picking up her bow. She then continued to walk on next to Piers, keeping a close eye on him just incase he showed any signs of falling over once again.

"It's alright since I can help, too~!" Risa exclaimed truthfully, the grin on her face never leaving. "The wind is my friend and I can talk to it! Daddy said it would never harm me."

Since she did said that she would help, she checked for her rapier, her only weapon, and nodded with content. "Are we near are destiation?" She inquired as she scanned the horizon ahead.

Risa reminded Itoko so much of herself; so happy and enthusiastic no matter what the situation. And she talked to the wind...it was her friend. That was the same power she had. And the thing her father said...Itoko recalled a time when her father had said the same thing.
Itoko...you need not fear. The wind will never hurt you.
Yes, Itoko remembered that time so clearly. Her father and her sat by the fire, rocking back and forth on the rocking chair. Like always father was telling Itoko about the story of the 5 heroes that attempted to to defeat Youko. Usually it wouldnt of interested her, but the way her father always told the story made things more exciting. But he was gone now; along with all the other people Itoko held so dearly to her heart.

OOC: Um, we are walking forth towards Izumo, since a storm is approaching and we can't all make it to Unity in time. It began to rain, which some of us didn't like, and Pierre used some of his power to create an aqua shield around everyone. He was weakened though, and now we're all still hoping we reach Izumo before Itoko's tornado prediction comes true.

I sighed at the shiled, much preferring the run. The rain seemed to be coming a bit harder now. Lightning began crackling overhead and the wind picked up. I was getting antsy, the stom probably had a good ways to go before burning itself out.

OOC: Thanks~ =3

IC:

Eudora liked the rain though, she thought as she looked outside the shield. It made her feel stronger, made her vines grow faster, et cetera. She envied the rest of them... being able to control their powers so effienceny...

She paced up her stride, hoping to reach Izumo in time.

" The storm is worsening. It is only a matter of minutes before the tornado arrives. I am already too weak to help us get to Izumo faster. I'm sorry. I should have waited. We must hurry now more than ever though. We cannot rely on Itoko's power to try and save us," I said, looking at the sky and it's mood.
This can get bad....

"We should hide underground..." Eudora said, shivering slightly. "I could try to use my powers to create a temporaly shelter..." she said, suggesting.

But in reality, she was unsure about her powers, or her potential...

" That's a good idea. Do you think you'd be able to though? Time is really not on our side right now. So if you dont feel as if you can do it, let us know and we're bound to come up with something else," I said. I didn't want her to collapse from the strain either. It's not a good feeling.

Eudora considered his response. It was true, she didn't know if she'll be able to do it...
But would risking their lives worth it?

"We should think about some other backup plan for now," she said thoughtfully "If there is no other option, I'll do it."

"I say we start running again" I grumbled, looking out wistfully at the gathering storm.

All of a sudden Itoko stopped dead in her tracks. She felt it coming...the tornado that is. Things like this always made her feel stronger.
"Its coming..." Itoko said uneasily. "The tornado is drawing nearer. Its big, really big. I can see it."
Itoko looked up to the black sky. The wind was causing irratating whistling noises, and each second that past made Itoko feel more uneasy.
"We must hurry before it reaches us. I could stop it, but I need time." she said. But there was one thing that worried her most. The weather changing so suddenly. Was it possible that Youko knew they were coming?

OOC: We dont know it's Youko yet...^^
IC: " We must hurry. We can't risk trying to stop it. We need shelter and we need it quickly. A cave would work just as well. Point is though, we must run, and we must run fast," I said.
I gathered my things, and moved as fast as I could. I had slowly been regaining my powers, so I was feeling stronger, however I was still slow.

I smiled as Itoko said this, finally, some real action. Grinning, I said "I said, let's start running." really though, I was torn between that and trying to test my powers against the tornado.

Itoko sighed. Was running really the only thing they could do to defend themselves? Although she was still rather tired, Itoko nodded her head. Grabbing hold of Risa's hand once again, Itoko took a step forward. But she was still rather uncertain.
"Maybe I should stay here, and try to stop the tornado. I dont want you guys getting hurt..." Itoko said.

"You shouldnt worry about me..." Itoko said, smiling slightly. "The wind will never hurt me. I could probaly find my way to Izumo by myself. I just want to see you all safe and sound when I return. Please? Just leave~! I dont want you getting hurt."

I'd decided to try and fight the ****ed thing head on. With a snap of my wrists, my hands began glowing, one with the white flames, the other with the black lightning. Making an informal salute, I said "See 'ya around" and dashed off towards the tornado.
